Hello Tanja.
If you spend your T Credits on playing the games, especially the Card King game, you can win various items that will help grow your SFI business - you could even win your T Credits back! You earn Action VersaPoints for every game entered with a T Credit, up to 200 AVP each month. This will also give you MemberRewards Points which can be used to buy more T Credits. (Buying the single credit pack is best for getting VersaPoints).
Once you have the max 200 ActionVersa Points for playing games, you could then use your T Credits to bid in the Pricebender Auctions. Again you will get AVP up to a maximum of 500 each month, and if you bid in the double Member Rewards Points auctions you will get 10 Member Rewards Points per bid.
This will help a great deal towards achieving Team Leader status if this is something you wish to do.
You can also use your T Credits to give to your PSAs when they join, up to 9 T Credits or use 2 to offer them the cash bonus of $1 (or their currency). The cash offer T Credits aren't returned to you though if the dollar goes unused.

Hello Romeo.
Yes if they are inactive and don't speak your language. The reason they are inactive could be because you are unable to communicate with them effectively, so putting them into the exchange could be of help to them. I prefer to see the exchange as a way of helping others rather then a way to get better more active CSAs for myself - if they have a sponsor from their own country they may be encouraged to learn more about SFI and become successful. The more successful people in the world the better!
No if they are already working hard in SFI. Clearly you or their direct upline is doing something right, they understand SFI and there really is no reason to exchange them.

To build a successful SFI business, how much should I rely on my sponsor?

Hello Sebastian.
Think of your sponsor as a teacher. They are there to guide you and help you learn. You can go to them whenever you have a problem or need any type of support, but they cannot do the work for you.
This is your business and only you can make it a success. SFI is your textbook and provides everything you will ever need to succeed.
When you have a team they will look to you for support, and you won't want to be relying too heavily on your own sponsor at this stage. So learn as much as you can, and remember that help is always there when you need it.

What do you say to your affiliates who are disappointed about being knocked out of the E365 competition?

Did they work hard enough, and if not, where were their efforts lacking? You can have a look at their VP Ledger and take them through the things they have been missing.
If they want to stay in the competition they can do so by becoming Bronze Team Leader within 60 days of joining SFI. If they want to do this they will need to invest some money. If they haven't already set up a standing order encourage them to do so and advise them of the benefits.
How do you motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates?

Show them how well you are doing here and lead by example, if you are active they will hopefully be more active too. Let them know that you are here to help in any way you can.
Offer an incentive - say free T Credits or gift certificates to anyone who logs in and completes their to do list for a full month or refers a certain number of people.
