Hello, Rania! That's one good question to ask.
In my opinion, SFI had put PSA Mailer feature because it has its own use and it's one feature we need to utilize in its fullest potential. What really is important is the message we are saying through our letter. Having said that I would like to point out some benefits of SFI mailer.
- SFI mailer is absolutely free.
- SFI mailer has accuracy when it comes to the recipient of letters. Recipients are categorized per group (very easy, I must say).
- SFI mailer gives us a preview of our work, hence, we can edit it just in case have committed error.
- SFI mailer gives us notice of when our message has been sent and gives us a carbon copy of it.
- SFI mailer is a sure way of sending our message without fearing that it might go to spam folder.
However, even if SFI mailer is a better option, SFI doesn't stop you to also utilize the mailer outside its premise. In fact, it is one way of getting 'personal' with your downlines. For example you would want to ask him/her why doesn't he/she have a Standing Order yet or some of the problems you would want to talk further in an individual basis. In fact, some of uplines use their personal email in encouraging me or coaching me how to find ways to support my Standing Order.
Bottom line, you must utilize your tools and mailing options is one of them. Hope my answer helps.
