Because with SBuilder Co-Op, we will get sign-ups (Both SFI Affiliates & TC Members).Also with the obtainment of SFI Affiliates(Downlines), we can motivate them with Gift Certificate Program or just simply sponsor them to achieve their rank by helping them to buy NMP(New Member Pack) and become A Fast Track Member.
