How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

First we need to have an understanding of why we receive versa points. We score versa points each month to get our commissions, benefits and bonuses. And since we are each our own bosses this is a way for us to measure our progress, to see where we need improvement, and also the areas that we are doing great in.
If you have attained a certain status, this is the point that you want to maintain or surpass, hopefully. Your success will depend on how well you are participating in your own business. Your focus should always be continuous improvement, so once you reach a certain goal, you should strive to do better.
I hope this helps someone.

What do you say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time?

Affiliate since: 09/08/2018, Power Rank: 99999999
The affiliate needs to view this as a personal business, and in order to have success they have to put in effort. And while it may seem trivial receiving just 1 VP, it is not, because it is a building block to their own personal success. In order to be successful at anything one must cultivate good habits. Those Habits are a process, not an event. You have to embrace the process, commit to the system. After a while it will become second nature, and you will inevitably see your success.
By visiting the tabs daily and earning VP, it will expose new affiliates to a wealth of knowledge from others that have gained success or have learned to "DUPLICATE" the process because duplication works. The willingness to visit the tabs (gain knowledge, pour into your own business), will indicate to you as an individual affiliate how much you want to make this work for yourself and the team that you're building. When you are faithful and trustworthy in small matters, it proves that you have the authority to rule over much.
You just have to start, the rest is history.

How do I explain to prospects what my relationship is with SFI and TripleClicks?

One great way for you to explain it, is to study your joinmysfiteam.com page (which can be found under the My Acct./My Gateway tab). It is loaded full of information about both SFI and TripleClicks, and your relationship to both, so if you're struggling with what to say, use that as a guideline, prior to talking with prospects. Be sure that you take advantage of studying the rules of success, so that you can ensure others that they can also be successful. In short you are a business owner with an Affiliate Marketing Company under the SFI umbrella.
SFI gives business-minded individuals an opportunity to create their own successful organizations within SFI.

Is it worthwhile to create individual, personalized welcome letters to new PSAs using information from their Affiliate Profile?

Absolutely, I think you can create one standard Welcome! letter and tweak it to the individual based on their profile. This way it feels more personalized and you feel more relatable. I personally believe it makes the person feel like you are really there for them and accessible, and they are not just another number.
I try to look at my downline's VP ledger and make suggestions about how I think they can be more successful, and of course congratulate them on any success to date. It's important to emphasize to them, that their success is your success as well, and you're there to help them achieve it in any way possible.

How do we get the most from the MRP (Member Reward Points) we earn?

For those unfamiliar with what MRP's are: They are points you earn for specific actions at TripleClicks. The reason why they're important is that they can be redeemed(used like cash) for different products at TripleClicks. So when you go to purchase an item at TripleClick and you get to your cart, you're allowed to choose MRP as your payment provided you have accumulated enough. Ways you can accumulate them.
1. You earn 5 MRP for each bid on a Pricebenders auction.
2. You earn 5 MRP for every Pick-the-Price contest entry.
3. You earn 50 MRP each month as a WAVE3 program member.
4. Every item on TripleClicks has an MRP value attached to it, that you may earn by purchasing it.
These MRP when used to purchase TCredits for example can give you added VP and help advance your rank. So you see, it really is a win-win situation. If you're accumulated enough MRP (9448), you could purchase the 125 TCredits pack and earn the needed 1500 VP to become an Executive Affiliate. Elevating your Rank and potential to make more money. It really is a Win-Win situation.
