You focus in small amount of people to develop there EAs.
I seeing only 8 PSA a month do you have on. They active or not???
But remember do you have only 8 new PSA every month to be motivated them. It's long time before they become active. I'm rider to have more than 8 PSA every month. may be 15 to 30 a month much better on my first year.
One's your Business Stable Already may good to low your goal. Base on how much do you want motivated your new PSA.

To become a Great Salesman or Saleswoman.
First you need to do is analyzed your products or test for yourself. So can explain/describe the products to your target person nice and very helpful for them sometimes you need let them try it.
Second was know your target area or place you want to sold your items make sure that your product you selling for them are get their attention to it.

That's good questions what you going to do if you can't access on Computer?
If you have low internet connection that can be long time to be load.
try to call or upgrade internet connections so you can have better connection to able access.
If don't have computer at home. try to access on public library or your own IPhone.
If questions about the building SFI Business. Try give away a SFI cards to your neighborhood or in community.
