To manage a large downline, delegate simple issues to affiliates.
Create a cohesive team so that first learners can assist the others.
Work with your downline as a team but leave communication lines open for personal assistance.
Use team mail and the weekly newsletter to communicate with the whole team.
Encourage the team to participate in the forum where they can get or give answers.
I want to recruit only SERIOUS affiliates. What should I tell prospects about SFI to ensure this?

Serious affiliates are hard to come by but the following will determine the quality of affiliates you recruit :
1. Target niche. When advertising where you place your adverts will determine the kind of affiliates you recruit. For example, in social media you get very few serious affiliates.
2 . Content of the ad. The information you include in the advert will determine who signs up. Give enough information and you'll get more serious recruits.
3. Welcome. The kind of welcome the affiliates receive will determine whether they become active or dormant.

To elevate your advertisement above all the competitors the ads must be:
1.Eye catching; using colourful pictures or videos.
2 . Informative; provide enough information to the prospects will help them make decisions faster.
3 . Create interest; the ad should interest the prospect enough to go for more.
4. Give facts; don't lie to the prospects, just tell them the truth about SFI.
Is it better to provide prospects with only a brief overview of what SFI is about...or more lengthly, detailed information?

I believe the information you provide to prospects should just be enough. It shouldn't be too brief nor too long.
It should be able to inform of the opportunities available and at the same time create interest for further inquiries.
To borrow from a quote by Winston Churchill, it should be like a woman's skirt; long enough to cover the subject and short enough to create interest.”
