Yes it is worth while to greate a personalized welcome letter using information from that Affiliate Profile. This lets them know that you have taken the time to find out something about them and they are more likely to believe that you care how they do. Also this give you the ability to help them acheive their goals better, because you will know them. I look at all my new Affilitiates Profiles as well as their VP ledger to see what they are working on most and guide them from there.
Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?

The one think I notice is that some affiliates rush through the lessons and then don't understand what they are doing or they overwhelm themselves. I wouldn't slow them down so much that they don't become team leaders, but make sure they understand everything. If they don't, they won't be good team leaders.

When affiliates sign up they learn about the Fast Track bonuses and benifits. At first they might not want to join, and unfortunatly you can't make them. All you can do is to remind them of it. I like to remind them after a few days of joining, then again when they are almost to the end of their time limit. This is all you can really do. If they are serious, they will become a Fast Track member. Just do your best is all you can really do.
