How do you know if you are capable of building a successful SFI business?
Affiliate since: 10/10/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
Everyone is capable of building a successful SFI business IF they are willing to put in the time and money. Are you willing to invest in a standing order monthly? While you are never required to purchase anything in SFI, it is very hard to be successful if you do not have a standing order. The main reason is two fold: 1) it is very difficult to hit Team Leader status without it, and 2) the only way to be truly successful is with duplication - meaning, you have to get people under you to do the same things you do. So, if you do not place a SO, you cannot expect your downline to do so, and you probably won't earn much off the VP they manage to earn.
For all these reasons, you must be willing to invest in your SFI business, as you would any other business, for any hope of future success. You must also be patient, and not expect it to happen over night. Thanks for reading! Good luck!

Why should I invest in SFI?
Affiliate since: 10/10/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
Once you become a member of SFI, investing in SFI is equivalent to investing in YOU and YOUR future. The more successful SFI is, the more successful all of us will be. If you duplicate the efforts of your leaders, you will see money start to come in, but it will not be overnight. You must be prepared to invest time and patience into SFI, not just money.
It is easy to invest in SFI monetarily. You really do not need to put in extra money that you are not already spending. Simply shop on TripleClicks every single day (which is part of your daily To Do list anyway) and find items that you find useful for your home, or the perfect holiday gift or birthday gift, etc. All the things you buy for yourself, and others, at a brick-and-mortar store can be converted to purchases at TripleClicks. Each of those purchases will earn you VPs and MRPs. The VPs will help you meet your EA2 goals (or team leader) - earning you more money monthly - and the MRPs will let you buy things for free on TC once you accumulate enough of them.
It is a win-win for everyone, and when you think about it, you are not even really "investing" - you are simply learning to shop differently. Buy from your own store (SFI) instead of someone else's and your SFI business will grow!
Good luck!

Where are the best places and what are the best ways to get answers about SFI?
Affiliate since: 10/10/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
The forum is a great place to get answers from affiliates and leaders. You also have a wealth of information available to you from the Reference and Training tabs at the top of your SFI page. Under your Support tab there is also a Glossary that can help you find information. Honestly, there is so much information readily available on the SFI site, that the question might be instead, "Where can't I find answers about SFI?". Truly, the answers are everywhere. You just have to be willing to read.
Start with the places I mentioned above and it will answer the majority of your questions. Then if you have additional questions you can always ask them here or on the forums.
Best of luck!

Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?
Affiliate since: 10/10/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
That actually is a good question that should lead to a good tip for new members. When I started out, I eagerly ingested every point available to me - all the Launchpad tutorials, etc - and I made Silver TL my first month.
Of course, once those one-time VersaPoints were used up I found I was going to be nowhere near even EA without spending some money. It was Ok with me because I enjoy the auctions (even though I can never win!) and the games so T-Credits get me to EA. I can then hit Bronze TL by purchasing a few products from EAs at TCs and completing my To-Do list each day.
My advice to new affiliates would be to complete your to do list daily and then only do the tutorials that get you up to EA status, then leave the remainder of the tutorial points for your second month. Doing it that way those who cannot invest the first few months can still hit EA and EA2 without spending any money.
Of course, I would always recommend to affiliates to use TC for transfer shopping - buy all your gifts there, household products, etc. - but they may need to be involved with the program a few months before they feel comfortable spending money.
Hope that helps!

What are the benefits of Pricebenders auctions that I can promote to prospects?
Affiliate since: 10/10/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
I think one of the primary benefits of Pricebender auctions for anyone is the fact that they can win an item for pennies on the dollar. There is also the FUN of watching the clock tick down and putting your bid in. Playing is fun and quite addicting (one of the reasons Ebay became so infamous)! In addition to that, every bid earns at least 5 MRP (and sometimes 10 on 2X auctions) which can be used to purchase cool items from TripleClicks. I bought two Christmas gifts this year using just MRP which saved me some money!
Secondary for affiliates is the fact that they earn one PSA for every 50 bids they place. Every PSA is an opportunity for us to teach someone how to be successful with SFI which increases our own income.
So to sum it up, assuming your prospect is a non-affiliate: your prospect can have a lot of fun trying to win great prizes. It is a great way to pass a boring, rainy day into an exciting day at home on the computer. Best of all, if they play smart and win, they receive an item that they save hundreds of dollars on such as with the Chromebook or one of the smartphones. In addition, they get 5MRP per bid which adds up pretty quickly. They can then use those MRPs for free items (with free shipping!) at TripleClicks.
I hope that helps. Good luck!

Why do so many affiliates become inactive shortly after joining SFI?
Affiliate since: 10/10/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
In my opinion, there are numerous reasons why affiliates become inactive shortly after joining SFI.
The main reason is probably bad referral links. For example, some company tells them they will get such and such free if they complete three or four of some type of other offer. The potential affiliate then chooses to sign up for SFI just to complete this task but isn't really interested in SFI. I'm sure you've seen things like this on the internet.
A second reason is curiosity. Many people will sign up just to see what it is about and if it will work for them. They may think it sounds too easy and must be a scam. They may even search the internet for "SFI scam" and they will find unhappy affiliates who have posted negative comments about SFI and claiming them to be a scam. Usually this is because they didn't work the program and weren't successful, so they blame it on SFI.
Other times it's simply lack of motivation. Think about New Year's Resolutions. Probably half of the women around the globe made a New Year's resolution to lose weight. They will hit it hard and lose some weight the first few weeks or maybe even the first few months but then the excitement wears off, the results are coming too slowly, and they give up. Persistence is the key for them to achieve their goal but they don't have a winning attitude; the pessimist will quit before they can ever achieve their goal. The exact same scenario as above happens to affiliates but instead of a diet, they are working SFI and then losing their excitement after not seeing huge results after a few months.
This is probably just the tip of the iceberg, but I hope that helps.
Thanks!

Fear of success is a major problem for many people. How do you get past this with your team members?
Affiliate since: 10/10/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
Hi there. Great question.
Fear of success is a deep-rooted psychological issue that is best worked out with a professional. That being said, I think the best you can do for your team members who have this problem are to encourage them every single day, assuring them that you KNOW they can do it. I would also very discreetly and carefully suggest counseling for the matter. You do not need to do this in a way that you upset the person. You could just explain a story about another member who this problem and solved it by working with a counselor as part of your conversation at some point. Don't make it look obvious unless that member has already asked for your help with this matter.
Hope that helps. Thanks!

Is it better to provide prospects with only a brief overview of what SFI is about...or more lengthly, detailed information?
Affiliate since: 10/10/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
I believe that if you do not give your prospects the full detail of how SFI works and that they will not make money overnight, then you will end up with prospects who sign up but then do not do anything to earn you money.
If you want quantity, then go for brief overview. If you want quality, then give them detailed information and answer all their questions.
Good luck!
In my advertising campaigns, is it better to provide more or less information in my ads and why?
Affiliate since: 10/10/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
Great question. Your ads should catch a potential affiliate's attention and urge them to learn more. That is their only purpose - to get them to click and go to your landing page where they can get additional information.
So your ads should be short and sweet with some type of art and text (font's are important!) that will get their attention and interest them enough to click on your ad.
Good luck!
Why is it important to have team members to take on leadership roles?
Affiliate since: 10/10/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
In order for SFI to have it's own Team of Leaders that support us, profits would decline drastically. Since our profit is based on THEIR profit, this is not a good idea for us; yet, we must have leaders. By supporting your down-line yourself as a Team Leader, you are helping to improve your own profit, which is why we are all here!
Hope that helps!
Good luck!
