Should I or shouldn't I try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates when they are not English speakers/readers?

recruiting is the best thing you can do, to increasing and motivating your SFI business.
you should continue to recruit people to become affiliate in SFI weather the speak English or not,there are options for different languages in SFI. he or she can select the language of her choice.
language is not a Barrie to any one who want to join SFI..the team of SFI have made everything so easy that everybody in different part of the world can join with different language.
Should the way you approach prospective ECAs vary by country/region?

the best thing in or to keep cordial relationship with ECA in a country or region is first being connected with the ECA .ask question of any kind related to this product.
you can also have a discount of any product if being connected with them.
ask for their best method of accepting payment.better still call on their mobile phone because most of the ECA make available of the phone numbers.
What do you tell an affiliate who says he's going to quit because nothing is coming of his efforts and hard work?

In my own opinion to any one in SFI who have in mind of quitting his or her Sfi is that ...there in is never in life, where there is easy and best way to make profit or money without sacrifice .something most be done in other to archive your aim.
quitting is not the option..the option is hard working and exercising more patience and the right time will come where your profit will be maxi-maxi.
Do not be decisive by what instant profit but always think about,how much you worth in coming future if you continue.
i hope this little advice will help you see reason to continue,instead of quitting

What's best for team building...doing my own advertising or buying PSAs?

in building best team there are different methods to fellow and depend on your availability to control them and teach them on what to do
in my own opinion i prefer advertising method.. because most of the so call PSAs are very lazy and it can be so painful when you spend so much money on PSAs and none of them is active between the period you bought them and to infinity.
order to be at the safer side i prefer advertising method at least at end of the month you can get an active one.maybe the one you recruit your safe can be active and will generate income for you.
