First you should be an example to them by becoming a team leader and more and doing your daily, weekly, monthly goals and to be sure to set to set a time limit for the execution of objectives! It helps to that fire burning, to keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI.
You must always contact them via mail, chat and be willing to help them who ask for help. When they need information or guidance you must always be there to help them. The faster you answer them the more credible you become and will probably stay because of the genuine service they get.
You must give them gift certificate, Incentive for the go getter. Make a monthly promotion and reward them with TCredits .
You should show them the benefits chart of the specific benefits of each level of SFI-. More points= bigger pay-outs, better perks and more power.
Second part of the question
If you are fairly new ECA then it advisable to limit shipping to your region while your business grows. The reason being:
Purchaser always looks for products with very minimal or free shipping charges.
For example: if the cost of product is say $5 and shipping cost is $15. Will he be ready to buy that product of course “no”, he will opt for some local ECA.
Local customers can choose to pick up the order at your store instead of pay for shipping?
Shipping cost will be very less or nil.
There is also ‘will call’ option for local pickups of The ECA orders.
Once your business grows and get fairly better idea about ECA and shipping then you can make a strategy and find out cost of shipping of your various products to go international.
