MRPs are as good as cash in TripleClicks, and there are many ways on how to use them:
1. Buy items you need/want. Look for products that your MRPs can buy then choose MRP when indicating your payment.
2. Build your team. Buy additional 15+ PSAs To Go for your team using your MRPs.
3. Qualify for EA or higher rank. Buy TCredits that will give you enough VP (such 125 TCredits for 1,500 VP). For every item / product you buy, you will also get 25 VP when you get to review them after two weeks.
You may earn MRP until you accumulate enough for a desired product or investment, but you must spend them eventually because they do expire after one year.

Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

Most people will likely try something when they are told that it is for FREE or do what you ask when they get something in return for their effort and time. The key is to give something that is NOT freebies BUT rewards and only to your hardworking team members, the movers. This is a most effective marketing method commonly used by businesses and SFI is one.
This is also what I have experienced and learned so far. Without VPs, bonuses, prizes, commissions, privileges or badges in exchange for my effort and time, I don’t think I will last a day with SFI or any company for that matter.
Giving rewards is not bribing. It actually tides over an affiliate to keep moving in order to get to the next level. I encourage you to use it as an incentive in order to build a strong team of motivated and enthusiastic members.
