How can I convince new affiliates of the importance of logging in at the Affiliate Center every day?

In my views, the most important point to include is the importance of the action points for being team leader. Sales VP can be achieved easily through purchase of goods and TCs, but action point is very important to make them TL.
So making them understand the importance of being TL will be the key to make them log in to Affiliate Center Everyday.
Another Point to be noted will be being more frequently in Affiliate Center will make them learn more and more each day and will be helpful for them to make bigger SFI team sooner and successfully.

What should you say to your PSAs when they say they are going to quit because they are putting out more than they are receiving?

The main point you should note is what your PSA is using his/her expenses in. Then you should suggest him to focus on main points rather that just wasting capital on diversity of products and utilities that does nothing to generate receiving amount in return.
Also the point to be noted is how you are supporting your PSA. If you think you can do more by talking to him/her directly, then you should try it out.
