I cannot claim that I'm good at publishing advertisements, but I can certainly say that I'm great at reading them. And when it comes to Facebook and other social media I keep reading lots and lots of them in comments sent by pages subscribers.
I'm a member in one of the pages on Facebook that has around 1 million likes. When the admin shares a video or a picture, people immediately start commenting to the limit that some of them race to have the first comment in the post just to say "FIRST". Anyways, In my case I would go through some of these comments to see there point of view on the post, and from time to time I would see an advertisement for new work from home, or "please like my page" ... and so on. Some of these ads are written in a really good way that it grabs my attention easily and would actually click on the link and take a look. Sometimes it would be really interesting and I join.
Conclusion: If you can find good funny pages on Facebook with many likes, and able to make a nice attractive ad, definitely make it as a comment in any of the posts. You might just find people like me who are actually bored and goes through the comments.

I don't think anyone was born a leader. Becoming one is a series of hard working and studying. If we studied all the material in SFI and understood them we can become a good example to our team members.
Also being able to take decisions and stand up for them is a good quality in leadership. Sometimes these decisions are wrong, so being able to admit our mistakes is good but trying to solve them is better.
My point of view of a leader is to see him or her appreciating their followers work and actually acknowledge it.
And always remember, it's all about the entire team, If they succeed you succeed and if they see your progress they will copy.
