In working in the university and college markets, its best to put yourself in their shoes and offer things and ways to market to them that they can relate to. I would focus on finding those students who are teachable and who are honestly looking for an opportunity to improve their situation. Not all students come from a privileged background, not all students have parents who pay all their bills. You will find lots of interested candidates but it will take time to find those who want to invest a bit of their free time to build something for the future. Having said that, look for those who are motivated and have a desire to build a business which will give then the extra time they need for studies and enjoying their college experience. It may not be easy to find them but it will be worth it when you find the right ones

At this time, which are the best countries to advertise SFI in?

Good question....
When looking for the tries to advertise in I believe its best to start in your own country and area since you know the language and the culture and will know what will work and what wont. After that Its best to spread out from there a little at a time. SFI is in so many countries that you have a limitless supply of prospects but locally is best to start with. I personally try to find countries where people are more inclined to take action so the USA is good as is the UK and lets not forget about India, Pakistan and China. Where ever you decide to start, just take massive action and make the most of it, doing this you will find success

How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

Being a leader is of course key to our success but being a born leader is a bit misleading. Life is all about learning, while some of us may have leadership skills it is a learned art form and the key is to bring our leadership skills to the surface.
- LEADERS TAKE MASSIVE ACTION
- Leaders are readers, they soak up all the training they can get
- Leaders find ways to give what they would need for themselves
- Leaders are teachable and don't think they have all the answers
Find ways to bring out your leadership skills and apply what you want to be successful at. Leaders are proactive not reactive.
Find a mentor and emulate what they do and you will find you will become the leader you are striving to be
