How can I support and motivate my team members without demanding too much or turning them off?

Hello
I find that giving little tips every once in awhile helps to motivate my team. I never try to come across too demanding . I find the guide on the weekly tasks page a good indicator of how much contact is enough...Once a week is plenty. Unless your team member asks for help of course.
I also find incentives such as gift certificates a good idea too.
Making your team members feel like team members instead of part of your "downline" is always wise choice.
Hope this helps!

How do I assure that duplication happens in those I sponsor?

Well first and foremost I believe that a positive attitude is key to duplication. If you possess a positive attitude at all times you have a greater chance of creating a downline of positive people.
Also,be sure to point your new affiliates in the right direction. Tell them all they need to do to succeed in this business is to follow the "SFI BASICS".(No need to complicate SFI) If they do this they are sure to succeed and therefore so will you...duplication has begun!
