Thousands of affiliates are in the same job, with same aims, at the same market which is the whole world. But, what is not the same is personality of each affiliate. Let your personality come out of the words you wrote, your energy and feeling for this business.
This is what can get you out of the crowd for the person who will be hooked by YOUR personal seal. It is quite good to catch the ideas form other members, other marketers, but once you finish the modeling of whatever you're writing (ad, letter...) give it the final touch and let it be really a picture of yourself.

How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?
Being a Leader means to take responsibility for performance of the team.
Make your interpretation of SFI business interesting.
Make the team understand this business and want success in it.
Don't ever stop repeating how big is your faith in success in this business
(because it really is :-)).
I think that it's really important constantly to maintain image
of yourself as somebody who is always there whenever the team needs
some information, answer to the question, somebody who is stable and successful.
