Which is better to do...recruit PRMs or PSAs?

Generally speaking there are multiple approach to business strategy to get better results. Your option will depend on what your priority and goal in your business looks like. For instance, recruiting PSAs, if well motivated, earns you a team that will give you revenue for a long time, but not immediately. While recruiting PRMs can guarantee immediate revenue as soon as they make purchases and they have to do it monthly to keep earning from them each month.
So, if you are interested in raising your monthly Direct Commission, focus more or recruiting PRMs and hope they make purchases. If you are however focusing large and looking at the long term benefit a solid team can give you, then you have to pay more attention to recruiting PSAs and motivating them well.
My advice is that you focus on both as a business person since you should be concerned about your short term and long term income. Making a choice will not make you a complete business personality in my opinion.

Which is better for winning Pricebenders auctions: using the auto-bidder or not using auto-bidder?

I have tried both methods on several occasions, when you are not using auto-bidder you tend to spend a lot of hours on the Internet which comes with its own cost depending on your Internet provider and browsing plan. But the good part of that is it enables you to study the bidding patterns, trends and mindset of participants, sometimes you get frustrated when you assume the bidders are getting tired and you feel like jumping in, then new people jump in as well. You even sometimes get angry when you have stayed for hours only to see someone jump in with auto-bidder which counter every of your bid. In fact, it a mixture of fun, frustration, good and bitter experiences.
Out of my personal experience, non is better than the other, you just have to study and know the appropriate time to apply any of them. Even though the only time I ever won was through auto-bidder, but I guess it was because I studied the bidding pattern and discovered that the few people left bidding were not using auto-bidder and are already getting tired. I presumed correctly that they are likely to get frustrated if they see someone appear with auto-bidder, and I was right, they gave up after some fight. I used 129 Tcredit to win the bid, but luckily it was a bid whose condition is that winners will get their Tcredits back.
It's a way to work smart, isn't it?

What is the best way to motivate members of my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?

The best way to motivate your down-lines to gun for team leadership position and not stay as EAs is to carefully provide them with a track to run on. This simply mean that you have to simplify and explain to them the easiest way to attain leadership position without much stress. Or better still, take time out to teach them what you do to become team leader and ask them to duplicate you. That is, carry them along as you go on your way to attaining team leadership.
Duplication is an important word in this business and you must be able to give your down-lines a simple track to work on each month until they become perfect in it and ask them to teach same to their down-lines as well.
You also have to explain the added benefits they stand to enjoy as a team leader and relate it to how it can easily enhance greater income in SFI.

Which is better for a fairly new ECA? Limit shipping to my region while my business grows or ship internationally from the start?

For a fairly new ECA, my recommendation will be to limit shipping to your region pending when you will be familiar with the different rates to different zones and regions.
Besides, limiting shipping to your region will also mean that you will have to work hard within the region by marketing and creating awareness on TripleClicks. You have to make people within your region cultivate the habit of doing their shopping online and with TripleClicks rather that conventional shops.
This may help you enlist as many as possible in your region on SFI as PSAs which will equally generate VersaPoints and matching VersaPoints. That will mean killing several birds with one stone.

What is the best way to help people that want to get involved with SFI who do not have time to put into it but have money to invest?

I have since learnt that when people say they don't have time, they are not really speaking the truth. Mostly you will find out that what they are probably trying to say is that what you are introducing to them is not in their priority list.
Besides, people that will likely give such excuses are in 2 categories.Those who genuinely don't have time because they already have very busy schedule in their existing profitable venture. This category are few. The larger percentage are those who will claim to be busy doing nothing of substance. They are the all motion but no movement! There is little you can do to help this second group because they are simply lazy, may not quite understand what you are inviting them to do or they simply want something for nothing, according to Les Brown.
For the first group, you will have to advise that they will need to at least create a little time for supervision and also for action points. If that is settled, you can then ask them to get standing order of any product (s) of their choice and need to qualify as EA every month. They will also have to subscribe to S-Builder co-op or buy PSAs from Tripleclicks to build a Team. They can also use several marketing strategies available on sfi. But like I said, they will need to create even if only 30minutes a day, because the programme is not designed to exploit others or encourage laziness.

Which helps my SFI business the most...playing Eager Zebra games or bidding on Pricebenders auctions?

No doubt about it, it is bidding on the pricebenders that helps SFI business the most. However, this does not mean playing the Eager Zebra cannot help as well, especially when you observe yourself as very good at prediction or has a shinning luck. Games in most cases are more of luck than skills or intelligence. Unlike pricebenders, you can get better at bidding and sharpen your skills as your study and participate more. It also requires determination to WIN! That will mean you get as many Tcredits as possible and once your co-bidders noticed your determination, they will give up. you can also study the right time to bid and the type of products to bid in. What should you say to your PSAs when they say they are going to quit because they are putting out more than they are receiving?

You simply need to emphasize to them that those who quit never wins! Consistency, Patience and perseverance is the name of the game. Assure them that all efforts and time put in it will be worth while after-all because the reward is residual income, meaning work once and receive income endlessly. Let them understand that success is never for the lazy ones, and result for hard work is more assured here than anywhere else.
