Let them know that they don't have to worry because SFI was imadiately on this. SFI was never safer. Since 1998, we were the strongest online job. It's "normal" to expect that somebody will want to burn it all down, but they don't have big chances.
We all need reassurance from time to time.
Let your downline know that you are there for them and you will solve any problem with them. Assure them that somethings are beyond our control but we must choose to press on toward our goals.
Good luck!

Would it be beneficial to create separate forums and do web seminars about SFI in languages other than English?

Absolutely!
It's a very good idea.
A lot of people quit working in SFI because the language, and they think that if they don't understand anything, than they can't do anything.
But if we make a translation letters, start something like forum, they will be still interested.
If you have time, make sure that your downline get the translation to their language, so the every day work will be easier for them. And for you too!
Good luck!
Why is it important to have a good SFI account photo? And what makes a good photo?

Because SFI isn't a social network like Twitter or Facebook. If you upload your photo where you are in suit or something what looks serious, people will see you way more professional than if you upload a photo from some party or a photo where you eat a burger.
So, in my opinion, you should upload a photo where you look professionaly. You have a good photo, because i can see your face and when i saw your photo, i wondered why you ask something like that when you have a perfect photo.
Good luck, i hope i helped a little bit.

How far should sponsors go to help their affiliates move forward, is there a point you should not go beyond?

There isn't an exactly formulated point. You should teach your affiliate while they don't understand least 80 percent of how SFI and TripleClicks works.
In my opinion, you should send instructions to your affiliate in beggining and how time lasts, they will understand more and more, then you will get to this point where your affiliate wouldn't need your intensive help, but if you want to be a good sponsor, you should congratulate, answer to eventually questions if your affiliate don't understand something.
So, there is no definited point, it comes spontanly.
Good luck.

The best strategy is to be above the green line all the time. You should solve your daily actions every day and get VersaPoints of whenever you can. In my opinion, everyone wants to be above, but they don't mind how much are they above, so, you should wait till the last day to collect so much VersaPoints as you can, because they will see that they are above and they will be satisfied.
Practicly, you win in last hours of aditional stage of E365!
Good luck!
