Is there such a thing as helping your affiliates TOO much?

Hi Emma,
A great question. You can't do the work for them, they have to do the work for themselves. You can and must guide them , give them ideas on how to succeed with SFI and TripleClicks. Teach them what works for you and what doesn't work. Groom them to become another you or better version of you.
As far as too much help! Some affiliates may have a harder time of understanding how SFI works. This is when you come in and help them to understand. I truly believe that there is NO limit to your help and guidance. The one you spend your extra time on today may become your PTL of tomorrow.
My Best Wishes

How do you prevent people from preying on your downline and convincing them to join other programs?

Great question,
You really can't stop anyone from joining other programs. In fact you should embrace it , let your downline be OK with multiple streams of income. As entrepreneurs , each stream we have will help build each other and make them all strong.
Just convince your down stream to stay active and grow their business with SFI. It will make the other opportunities even stronger, they can use the income from one to help build the other, and so on.... The more income streams the better for all.

How do I assure that duplication happens in those I sponsor?

Duplication! It's all about you! What you learn about the business and SFI and how committed you are. How you apply yourself, your Affiliates will see this and respond alike.
Focus your attention on your active affiliates and train them be as awesome as you. Keep all Affiliates in the loop, the inactive may become active.
Above all, be a good example . Don't ask your Affiliates to do anything that you are not doing.
Learn and train ,is the biggest key for duplication.
Good Luck!
