I am interested in utilizing webinars in my marketing and training my downline. How should I go about this?

Some Webinars cost money to use or require your audience to jump through a lot of hoops to attend. You are also assuming the audience is rather adept at Internet navigation. I do think it is a good idea, but may I suggest you look at several different ones available, and try to keep it simple?
Another idea along those lines would be a You Tube video, with links to Skype (if you have it) so you could talk to your prospects to answer questions. Some of the things I think we need to ask ourselves are: How would we attract people to go to the webinar? Would we be adding more complexity? If you have a downline in place already, SFI provides many tools for you to contact them- why don't you utilize those methods and test the waters as it were- ask your downline if they would be interested in such a thing?
I wish you well in your ventures, in SFI and life in general- feel free to friend me in A2A, as I believe sharing info and ideas can be beneficial.

You could tell them to think of SFI like a Trinity, or as three different but inter-related branches. The US Government has 3 branches- Executive,Legislative and Judicial.
SFI is the "Command Center" if you will, it is where an Affiliate can keep track of what is happening elsewhere in their Triple Clicks, in their recruiting efforts and their point accumulation.
Triple Clicks is the source of income- either by commissions generated by sales, or by the Versa points we collect each month, each worth one share of the 40% of revenue generated by all sales in Triple Clicks each month.
Price Benders is the Auctions that can also generate funds for us as well as give the opportunity to get some great stuff dirt cheap ourselves. Great Question!

How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

You should try to in the beginning, to see if you will get a response. SFI makes it incredibly easy to learn what you need to know to be successful in this business, so actually contacting your sponsor is not absolutely vital. You can try going higher up in your Genealogy, If your Sponsor- Co-Sponsor speaks a different language, that may be a reason for no contact.
