Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

This is a good question. In a lot of cases I would say yes. For instance, I have a CSA in my downline that is from a country that speaks Spanish. I am from a different country but I also speak Spanish. His Sponsor does not speak Spanish and he appeared to be unresponsive. As his co-sponsor, I reached out to him through email in Spanish to see if this will help him along. Google Translate can help but is not always very accurate and sometimes people say they speak English but it may not be their first language and so they don't always fully understand the steps. If someone can reach out to them in their native language it may make them feel more confident and encourage them to move forward with their business. Also, every country has their own customs, in some places, you would never ask your family or present to them such a business opportunity.

What do I need to do to make myself the best SFI affiliate possible?

This is a good question and one that can have many answers.
Being the best is different for each person because every one has their own definition of what the best is. It could be someone that sponsors the most affiliates, makes the most sales, balances both, or wins the E365 top spot for their class. Personally, what I do every day to make myself the best SFI Affiliate possible is:
*Log in every day and complete my to-do list
*Advertise (many great places to do this and a lot you can start FREE)
*Email my team (usually not everyday) but I try to offer them help
*Use my T-credits to bid in auctions
*Purchase products every now and then (rate them when I am prompted)
*I do my best to try and lead through duplication.
I hope this helps and best of luck!

How do I put together a successful marketing campaign?

This is an excellent question. I would definitely say that this will not happen overnight. Do not get discouraged and you will see results. If you do not have a budget at all or a small budget for paid advertising, you can start with free sites to advertise. This can include traffic exchanges, viral safe lists, and classifieds. You will want to check out how to put tracking codes on your ads. I personally use a 2 digit code for traffic exchanges, a three digit code for safelist mailers, and a four digit code for classifieds. You can use the marketing aids here at SFI to advertise on any of these types of sites. Personally I usually run 2-3 ads per site at a time. One for the SFI opportunity, one for TripleClicks, and one for ECA. With the tracking codes, you will see at the end of the week which ads are getting hits and which are not. You will also be able to tell by those tracking codes which ads are effective. Personally, I keep track of all of this stuff in a Microsoft Excel worksheet. This way I know what site and what ad has which tracking code. Make sure to check you hit tracking here on SFI before Sunday to see your results. I hope this helps and best of luck with your advertising and your SFI business.

I need a mentor. What's the best way to find a mentor for SFI?

This is a great question!
When I first started with SFI, just over a month ago, I was eager to get going and learn the ins and outs of SFI. My sponsor thankfully is wonderful and helps me out along the way when needed.
I would suggest that your Sponsor and your other upline members would be the best place to start. However, if they for some reason are unresponsive, you can always turn to the forum and A2A friends. You can separate your A2A friend requests by your area, and certain other characteristics such as whether or not the person has experience in this type of business, etc. I have quite a few A2A friends and some of the reached out to me as soon as the request was accepted. You will find many of them have a wealth of information that they are willing to share if you just ask.
Personally, I have taken the task of learning about SFI and Marketing pretty much on my own but that can be tricky if you don't have a lot of time to weed out the good from the bad out there. I hope I have helped with your question and Good Luck on your quest for a mentor.
