I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?

I am new to all of this and am just now getting used to having the title of Bronze Team Leader. But, in answer to your question, I would have to say that some major hard work was put into gaining the respect they deserve. To have that many people in any downline, is amazing. These Leaders deserve the respect and loyalty that apparently they have given to each person, to have them remain as a member of that team.
What encouragement can I give to an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI?

Just be positive and encouraging. People need to know that help is just a click away. I found that my sponsor was there, I just needed to contact him. I found that he had the answers I needed when I was ready to call it quits. I was on the verge of quitting. I suggest that the sponsor takes it very personal when an affiliate feels that it is their time to quit. Stay positive in all answers that you give. Keep them pumped up.
I need a mentor. What's the best way to find a mentor for SFI?

The best mentor is your team leader/ sponsor. these people have your best interest at heart." Attitude reflects leadership." (Remember the Titans) That is my mantra when I go looking for advice from my sponsor. Look toward your team or sponsor. they will do whatever needs accomplished to see that you succeed.
What is the best way to present the idea of TripleClicks TCredits to someone who has never heard of them?

I have found that the very best way to approach an individual to promote the Tripleclick program is to just be yourself first. Then, as you are talking show them how excited you are with the program. It is not as hard as it may seem.....Just be yourself and talk about SFI and Tripleclicks like you would a regular job.
