What is the best use for the MRP I earn?

Hallo there, this is a question so right up my alley this month. I have collected my MRP's over time and this month it is coming in handy. I am not financially strong at the moment to purchase anything with hard cash. As I need to get to keep my EA status I am now using the MRP's to buy 1 Tcredit at a time to build up the versapoints of 1500.
If it was not the case I would keep on collecting it for "needy' months like these.
Otherwise I would buy more Tcredits to enable me to play the double MRP games and gain even more rewards points.
If you have not joined the Wave3 I strongly suggest you do as you get free Tcredits and free MRP's every month for a mere once off payment of $1.99.

Would it be beneficial to create separate forums and do web seminars about SFI in languages other than English?

I do think that it is an excellent idea. Open an webpage in your own language where everything from advertising, articles, forums and webinars can be conducted. I have found a lgreat deal in understanding gets lost in translation. Hence many affiliates gives up on the great opportunity at their fingertips.
English is my second language and as it is the recognized international language I automatically use it but one day out of curiosity I decided to use Google translate into my first language and oh my word! It was as if I was reading a foreign language!
The conclusion: Yes the benefits in your own language with people that was born into that language will be much more profitable for you and the participants.

Which is best for me to participate in...W3 or S-Builder Co-op?

By questioning these two I do take that you understand the rules and gains in both instances.
For me there is no comparison. I personally think it is wise to become a W3 member as it is a once of payment of $1.99. Thereafter all you have to do is fill in a form to renew your membership. You must apply for your free W3 cards which you can distribute at your own time and own way. The best part is that by having this you will receive: 5 FREE montly TCredits, 50 FREE monthly member reward points. There is loads of opportunity with W3.
S-Builder stands in its own category of recruiting PSA. Here you will pay montly on a SO or for each time you join one. PSA's comes in drips and drabs.
Both in my opinion is to the best for your company. Get you W3 now.

What is the best way to convince my PSAs that they should set up a Standing Order?

When I have started at SFI I grasped the importance and benefits of a Standing Order immediately but I also know my limited financial situation. The one thing that would have put me off of SFI for ever is if my sponsor kept on hammering me to get one. The further I go in building my business I do understand even more that I need one.
In my opinion when one start training a knew affiliate you should guide them through the first the initial starting points of SFI as soon as they are well on the way with the daily tasks send them a mail with Standing Order link and explain the benefits of one. You can repeat it in Streampost and the forum. Refer them the the forum. After that just send friendly messages and suggestions on what you thing/use is the best options.
I hope this gives some insights and clarifications between all the answers you are receiving.

What makes you persevere with SFI and not quit?

Good question. I keep on asking myself the same thing. As for me: I love the program that SFI runs. The fact that the training is for free and of the highest standards. Url's and all the internet jargon is totally and absolutely foreign to me. But...that is not a problem because I can just go to the forum, a2a friends or Ask SC for layman's explanation. There is always but always people ready to selflessly assist.
Then also I stay because I have a great sponsor and hopefully soon I can say a great downline.
All the above and the fact that I dont give up easily keeps me going. I have given myself at least 3 years to make a success. One year to break even.
In a nutshell..SFI can and will work if one put in the effort and work.
