Many affiliates seem only interested in the Daily To-Do list. How can I motivate them to do other activities?

Hello,
The To Do List is important for attaining your daily action points. Teaching your team to read the launchpad again and again will give them knowledge of other actions that can help. Explain the income page and have them read of how income is made and how they get paid is a viable source to have them want to do more. It is very important for your downline to understand Triple Clicks and how to advertise for products and make commission. People will only act if they understand and feel an importances of moving forward. Give them reasons to do more like incentives( psa,t- credits exc...)
People seem to move when persuaded by reinforcement.

How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

Hello,
If you are like the 95% of us on SFI that have the best sponsors you should communicate frequently as possible. Alot of people love communication which is the word of choice in SFI. We all believe if there is no communication there is no team. Team is the second word of choice. with out teamwork there is no communication. So to let your sponsor know that you are a team player and are serious about SFI as the rest of us you should communicate.
If you have questions the best person you should ask is you sponsor some of them have been in SFI for many years and know what they are doing and know that it works.
I myself have communicated many times with my sponsor when I am in doubt
"MANY TIMES" and he has given me insight of different situations I would not know of on my own. So if you are new in SFI the best choice is to communicate with them any chance you have. But remember ask them first is it ok if you communicate with them daily or as needed if you need to. The most of sponsors will say yes because they to know how it is to start a business.
Thank You for your question I hope this helps.

What is the best way to convince my PSAs that they should set up a Standing Order?

I believe the individual would need to understand the concept of a standing order and what it is primarily used for. Explain to them that a standing order of 1500 VersaPoints (VP) will give them the freedom to maintain their SFI business as they please. With the standing order you will remain as an active Executive Affliate (EA) which in return will bring you part of the Executive Pool in TripleClicks.
Purchasing a standing order of 125 Tcedits will not only give you the amount of vp you need at 1500 but, as well, benefit you in new PSA's as an incentive as well as using them to bid on products. This in return will give you additional vp per each bid and possibly make you a Team Leader. Being a Team Leader you will receive a lot more incentives in SFI.
Thank You for you Question!!!!
I hope this helped

What should new affiliates NOT do in their first month?
William Miles, Aff (Florida, US)

Hello,
What should Affiliates not do in there first month. It should be what they should do in their first month more than what not to do. They should read all Launch Pad training and secure them self with basic and good information on how Strong Future International (SFI) works. This in the same instance they should not miss out on reading this daily and some of them twice.
They should not look to generating sales in Triple CLicks immediately with out knowing how Triple Clicks and Strong Future International (SFI) stand together and that Triple Clicks is the back bone of SFI and the Affiliate Program. Learning about the products before selling Products or advertising is a very big misused concept.
In the first month they should first get insight on Triple Clicks and SFI before generating Co-Sponsored Affiliate (CSA) or Personally Sponsored Affiliate (PSA) or even E-Commerce Accosiate (ECA). Never try to sell a business with out knowing the four corners of success.
Another thing people tend to do is be negative thinkers. They must not let negative thoughts interfere with success. When they achieve (EA) Executive Affiliate rank then they will start to generate CSA every month and use these to practice for Generating PSA further down the months to come.
They should not try to persuade anyone into SFI with out having complete knowledge of how it works. This not only in your first month but FOREVER. Doing so could possibly just push people away or feel you are being bothersome and may just confuse them. KNOWLEDGE is the key to success in anything you do.
The Most important thing is "NEVER QUIT"
I hope this was a good answer for you.

Why is it important to have team members to take on leadership roles?

Hello that is a very thoughtful question. Some people overlook the power of duplication. If people trust the leader they will try to be like you and lead others the way you do. Sponsor, sell, and market is the name of the game here on SFI. With out leaders we would not know what direction to go.
We would be lost like so many people do. Training your team to become team leaders builds power and success in duplication. So it all starts with you the team leader.
Thank you and much success in leading leaders.
