I want to advertise and sell TripleClicks products...but which ones should I choose to promote?

you can choose whatever you want :)
There is something in our way of thinking that we choose products we love or we know a lot about them.
As a woman, I prefer to advertise products which are going to be interesting for woman.
So, first look at your own wishes and products you like.
Star advertising.
Later on, you can start selling.
There is nothing to lose.
What is the best and most cost effective way of boosting your income with SFI?

From my experience, the best and most effective way is to buy 125TCs as a Standard Order which gives you a possibility to confirm your EA status. When you buy it, you get 1500VPs!
It is also good if you can afford S-Building. Every month you will get some PSAs or CSAs and excellent opportunity to build your down-line.

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

I prefer individual welcome letters rather then group mailings. Group mailings are very useful once at week, but personal letter is giving you opportunity to make direct contact with new PSAs.
Two or three months ago I have started to use welcome e-card which are really nice.
The fact is that very little percentage of new PSAs will respond, but never mind! You are here to do your job and be ready to help them!
How do you handle prospects and affiliates who expect to get rich fast?

This is really interesting and challenging question!
First of all: when you communicate with your affiliates, you should be very precise from the beginning telling them that SFI is not a business which is going to make them rich over the night.
Secondly: it is always good to look at their VP Ledger. Many of them are rushing through the Launchpad lessons and Intermediate section collecting VPs and later on stop working.
You can try to tell them not to do so. If they want to follow your advice it will be very good for them. If they don't, it will not be your fault.
Thirdly: none serious business is built over the night!
Every business needs to develop getting maximum of its potential over the time. We are talking about several years of development. It is simply funny to expect that SFI has some short-cuts. It has not!
Real, motivated and hard working people will understand and accept this trying to do the best they can.

I am not very good at talking to people. How can I talk to them about SFI or TripleClicks in a simple and easy way?

Talking to people is a skill which can be learned and improved.
If you want to reach people, start practicing with your friends or family -- people you know very well; people who will pay attention about what you say.
Later on you can talk to "strangers".
Maybe somebody will ask something which will prepare a good foundation to talk about SFI.
Sometimes you will be the one who will initiate conversation.
When you talk about SFI, tell them exactly what you have learned. If you understand your business, it's really easy to say the most important things. If you still don't feel so familiar to SFI, it will be very hard to talk about it.
So, read a lot - get knowledge and practice it daily through your work here and very soon you will be able to spread the word.

I think some of characteristics should be:
1. honest approaching to SFI business
2. persistence
3. daily work
4. positive attitude
..and some of skills:
1. good communication including kind, warm words toward your PSAs and CSAs
2. readiness to help which excludes every kind of selfishness
3. good planning
4. trying to finding new ways in business if you are not satisfied with the results

What was your greatest challenge to success in SFI...and how did you overcome it?

This is my sixth month working with SFI and I still have several challenges, but I will mention only two.
The first one has been and still is to find a way to motivate inactive PSAs and CSAs!
Everyone of us is facing the fact that the most of our down-lines are lazy or just has come here with the wrong idea that they will become rich over the night. When it's not happening, they quit.
Well, I understand that I can not force them to start working - this is their call, but maybe I can say or do a little something to make them more passionate.
That's why I do regular week tasks sending rather short then too long messages in optimistic spirit. I also see -- people who are ready to invest the time and energy, they will do it anyway and be thankful for your efforts.
The second one is finding new and fresh ideas for advertising.
Success of this business is in effective advertising and many of us are using the same methods. As to the fact that I live in pretty small European country the market is full...so many clicks (I am following them with Hit tracking), but no results. I do not know why is that, but I have already decided to start finding and using some new approaches to it very soon.
