How do you get your affiliates to approach their SFI business realistically, like a real business, and not some get unrealistic rich quick scheme?

The truth is I can not get somebody to do something they do not want to do. If I am a good leader we can influence others through our actions.I am sowing and planting seeds. A no today just means that they are not ready yet.Maybe 30, 60 or 90 days from now might be the right time.
I share with them what I did when I started and what I am doing today.(red tabs, to do list)Being consistent and open minded.
Somebody once told me a mind is like a parachute it only works when its open.
What encouragement can I give to an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI?

Hello
1) Ask if they have a Dream or a reason Why
2)If he or she does than you can move forward
If not than the person is not ready
3)Suggest to them that this is a Business
4)Most everybodys perception of the truth is different
5)ask them questions abut what there looking for
6)explain the business,to do list,Basics, launchpad, red tabs,versapoints etc..
7)this is not a job
8)always follow up in a day or 2
