I want to start a newsletter for my team of affiliates. Which topics should I focus on?

I think your newsletter should encourage teamwork and be informative. People want to know how their leader became successful, so the reader can be successful as well.
The SFI website has so much information and so many possible paths to take to become successful. Letting your team know which path you took would be very helpful indeed.
What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?

If your sponsor is non-responsive, then I suggest you try to contact an a2a friend, or pick a BTL, STL, or PTL that is in your country. This way, you know the person is successful, and they might be able to better understand what you are going through.
If your sponsor is non-responsive, try to keep in mind two things. First, is you sponsor from a different country? If so, then there might be a translation problem.
Second, each month, you have the opportunity to write a review of the sponsor (for VP, right?). I doubt it if the sponsor knowingly ignores any active affiliate.
My sponsor is very far away. She responded to my question one time, but I really believe the translation did not relay the correct message. On the other hand, my sponsor's situation in life might be different from mine.
Does this answer make sense? Good luck to you!

There is a lot of fraud on the Internet. How do we convince skeptical prospects that SFI is legit and real?

Honesty, education, and persistence will convince skeptical prospects.
Honesty-Tell them exactly how long it took you to make your fist commission check.
Education-Educate them about the wide variety of information that is available on the SFI website.
Persistence-Persistence beats resistance. Show your prospect some of the more successful people who have been doing this a few years. You can find these people on the VP Leaderboard, or Top Enrollers. The successful affiliates are the persistent ones.
It doesn't cost anything to join SFI. The first 30 days, you are expected to learn the business. There is a lot of support with SFI, from the Forum, to Ask SC, your sponsors, a2a friends. Other work-at-home "opportunities" make you pay first, and then make you learn on your own, while they take your enrollment fee.
Let the prospect know that success is limited only by their participation and imagination.
Good luck to you!

I need a mentor. What's the best way to find a mentor for SFI?

There are so many excellent ways to find a mentor for SFI. Your upline, VP Leaderboard and, and a2a are three places to find mentors. You should look to the point leaders or associates who have a lot of badges.
Duplication is very important with SFI. Duplicate what the leaders are doing, and then encourage your downline to duplicate what you did, and you will be successful.
Learn as much as you can. It does not have to be from one person. We are all one team.
Good luck to you!

What is the best way to convince my PSAs that they should set up a Standing Order?

Lead by example. Let your PSAs know what your Standing Order is and how you benefit from it.
Duplication is an important building block with SFI. Affiliates need to know that they are building a business. SFI is not a "Get rich quick scheme".
My Standing Order is for 125 TCredits. I benefit from this Standing Order because this order qualifies me for EA each month. The TCredits allow me to participate in TripleClicks auctions. Being an EA opens the door to other valuable benefits as well, such as CSAs, etc.
Good luck to you!
