To get a mentor you have to get in touch with your direct sponsor. Do not hesitate to contact your upline, too. Tell them in which way you would like to work with them together. Be sure that you will get answer because everybody in your upline is intrested that you have sucess. They will help you to duplicate their methods to suceess so that you can suceed.
How do you get your affiliates engaged and conversing regularly with you?

Get as soon as possible in touch. If the Affiliate is still online it would be the best timestip. Introduce yourself and offer your help with archiving all goals and help when needed. Be online as much as possible and answer as possible immediate their questions or chat request. Send reminder when you see that someone needs more points for beeing over the green line.
Show that you are supportive but not pushing.
Show that you are interested in them and appreciate their hard work.
