Both are important, finding legitimate companies to join Tripleclicks will help all affiliates promote the website in general, and once the business owners see you are willing to dedicate your efforts to promote their products and increase their sales, they will have no reason to leave. Thus they are potentially more stable then your down line might be, becuase it might take your PSA's longer to realize a profit.

Having PSA's is important too, but it will take longer to earn from them, but they are invaluable to promoting our products and without the people standing behind the business, there is no business!

Great question. If you give your prospects to much info. they will likely turn away from what you are trying to get them to consider.

Before implementing the below methods make sure you are per-qualifying your prospects and not just blasting every random person you see with SFI, and Tripleclicks.

I would tell cold-contacts that we are affiliated with one of the fastest growing e-commerce sites in the world and we earn income mainly from the direct sale of goods and services. If they don't like that answer, you probably don't want them on your team.

If that interests them and they want more info. tell them there are several other ways to earn income, hand them your card and tell them to make sure they use your I.D. number to be part of your team. (make sure your business card has one of your gateways on it, with your id)

Remember we are not trying to trick anyone into joining SFI that will just result in many people in your genealogy that don't do anything. Be up-front with your contacts, be polite, answer questions and most importantly be confident. Best of luck to all of you.

This can be very frustrating. It is possible that you are not communicating in their language and they do not have the desire to read through and look for the translator button.

Another possibility is that they are reading your messages and just waiting for something that speaks to them, so don't stop sending your weekly newsletters.

There is one more possibility and this is the one that I don't like to admit, but is very common.

They have signed up not knowing fully what they have gotten into and they don't bother to opt out, or read any of there SFI related e-mails. In this case there is nothing you can do, just understand that affiliate marketing is not for everyone, it is a numbers game. There are people out there who desire a better life for themselves and their families. Once you show them the vessel (SFI) in which to obtain such a life, there will be no stopping them!

Hope this makes sense, carry on with your daily tasks, and develop 'tunnel vision' where all you see is your success.
