What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

This is a very good and sensitive question:
I have read so many answers to this question but in my own view base on my experience there is not much you can do to let those Affiliates have a change of heart toward SFI. I realized that most people who joined SFI was expecting to make very quick money immediately they signed up with no aim of laying there hands on anything so no matter what you do to convince them will most time seems like a fruitless effort.
As a team leader I still think we don't have to give up completely on this set of Affiliates, no matter what we should make it a point of duty to keep sending them at least our weekly emails to get them sensitized towards having a change of heart, however we must give most of our attention to the Affiliates who are responsive and doing the right things
I hope this help

How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

Good question!
Well I think there might a lot of reasons that you could be rated poorly by your down line but most importantly:
Your down line might not really understand the system of rating, he or she might actually wish to rate you high but due to lack of good understand of how the stars works you might be rated 1 or 2 star instead of 5. In this case I think what you needed to do is to try and email your PSAs who rated you poorly ask him or her what they need you to do more to get them satisfied with your services or depend on their response , ask them if they really understand how star rating works if not try and enlighten them more on that.
if you still receiving poor rating after all you have been doing, do not let that get you distracted , continue doing your good work by still sending them your regular messages or letter and always offer them a hand of friendship and help as they might have a change of heart in the near future.
I hope this help .

Thanks for your question,
In my own opinion and in line with my experience in the past few months that I became an affiliate with SFI , I realized that being honest to the prospective affiliate or intending member of SFI is the ultimate. Be open to them , make them realize that SFI is not a getting rich quick programme rampant on internet this days, Let them know that this is a real business that take a little time to mature before they started getting reasonable income.
Do not force them to join SFI, Let it come straight from their heart, do not try to convince them much , all you need to do is to show them evidences of your success and success of SFI in the past years, If your prospect is really interested he or she will join voluntarily and become a good worker .
Moreover, select wisely the environment where you are doing your advertisement, make sure you are talking to the right people who can really understand the basic and takes up the challenge
I wish you good luck....
