Hi Eva,
The best ways to stay in contact with your PSAs and CSAs are:
1. Sending periodic mails to them. You can make use of the PSA,CSA or genealogy mailer to do this if you want to reach all or a segment of downlines
2. You can connect with one another through social media. You can ask or give them your contacts so they add you as friend on the social media.
3. Another effective way is through postings on stream tab located on your SFI Homepage. Here ,you can motivate and give them tips to follow in building a strong SFI etc
- to answer the second part of your question, if you are communicating with them through mail, I'll recommend you send a mail in a week because some people tend to get angry or discouraged if volume of mails thry are getting from you is much. But you can send individual mail base on your perceived ways you think one affliate may be having problem or to improve by studying his or her Versapoints Ledger. Best of luck

Is it possible to be successful in SFI even when your PSAs and CSAs do not work or have stopped working?

It is very possible to be successful in SFI when your PSAs and CSAs are not active again because SFI has many avenues of making money apart from sponsoring of affliates. Other ways one can engage to be successful are highlighted below;
1. Referring of companies or bussinesses that sell products and services to E-commerce Associate (ECA)program at tripleClicks. You will earn 100 VP for each ECA you refer and you get 10% CV of their total sales monthly. Also, when you buy from the ECA you referred, you will get rebate from it.
2. As an SFI affliate, you automatically have access to a Tconnect page in which you too can become online merchant by listing your products for sale without no cost. Also, you can sell your unwanted items at tripleclicks through the Member listing, it will only cost you a tcredit.
3. Generate PRMs and when they make purchase at tripleclicks, you'll earn 45% of CV of the product plus all the total VP attached to the item(s)
4. You can earn up to $300 monthly by selling Tcredits. And so on
However, i will advice not give up on your inactive PSAs and CSAs because you never know when they suddenly become active. Then, keep sponsoring affliates and never relent or get distracted by the inactive ones.

I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?

That is an interesting question! To my best knowledge what they are Sponsoring and duplication. They keep on sponsoring affliates through various means by adopting techniques available to all affliates who wishes to build his/her downlines. And more importantly, they engage in duplication which is one of the key element to succeed in SFI. This is done by teaching their downlines what they do and them in turn teach their downlines too. You can imagine having just 100 affliates duplicating your ideas and techniques, in no time you will thousands of affliates.

An affliate who has an non responsive sponsor can still go beyond the sky with different means of communications available in SFI. The affliate can always get answers or clarifications from the fellow affliate in SFI Forum, ASK SC and more importantly, the SFI support center is there to proffer solutions to your any challenges you might be facing couple with the assistance from your upline. Endeavour to always visit the SFI Forum, here you'll get ready made answers at your finger tips. I have even read once that an affliate can ask for change of sponsor if he is so desire.S???????????? if you have a non responsive sponsor, don't let your spirit be dampenedn all the supports you need is right there for you to explore.

Besides the requirement to qualify, what is expected of me in becoming a team leader?

As a teamleader, the following are expected of you but not limited to just these :
1. You must be willing and ready to render assistance/help to your downlines all times.
2. Do not do what the affliate(s) can do or afford for himself/herself as this will not help them learn and grow as you want.A?????
3. Always find means of communicating with your team. Communication is a great tool in building a succesful team
4. Do what you want your downlines to do. That is be a good example. Don't preach what you don't do.
5. Be a reader and learner
6. Do not promise your affliates what you can not afford or fulfill. It may discourage them.
7. Do not cajole them into taking actions. Once they realise you are not being faithful ,they'll stop working.
8. Always motivate, recognise and encourage them . These are just few things you are to emulate to be a good leader.

What should I do when I receive inactive CSAs?
Samson Isola, Aff (Nigeria)

Honestly, there's nothing much you can do than to be sending periodic mails that dwell mostly on important things like the benefits they will derive from SFI. But I can assure you, we will continue to have handful of CSAs or PSAs that will remain inactive in our team. As the adadge says, you can only forca a horse to the river but you cannot force him to drink. You can only hope one day, they will wake up to your calls. I wish us all success.
How do you convince your life partner that investing in your SFI business is prudent?

To convince your partner may be a bit difficult moreso if you are not buoyant. It takes will and interest of your spouse to convince him/her.if upon telling her the benefits and she sees it with the same view as yours, then you have no problem. The most efficient way is when she sees that you are making money from it ,she will develop interest and support you. I'm saying this from my personal experience.
There is a lot of fraud on the Internet. How do we convince skeptical prospects that SFI is legit and real?

What a critical question! The best way to convince such prospects is to tell him check the track record of SFI. Let him know that SFI has been in existence since 1998 and has since been showing women and men how to make legitimate money from the comfort of their home. It is growing rapidly and now SFI has over 2 millions of affliates from about 163 countries. Encourage him to try SFI out for a month and he will certainly believ he's on the right track.
How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

The best thing you can do is not to relent in giving him all the support you think you can offer him. Take note that we have individual differences and our views are different. So regard his rating as his own view, don't try to take it up with him....ignore it and continue to provide him quality support. In doing that, do not try to convince him by doing more than what you can afford.keep up your good work, that's all I can say.
What should new affiliates NOT do in their first month?

I will say there is nothing a new affliate should not do in their first month.Every tools in SFI or tripleclicks are made easy for use by new and old affliates but it is also pertinent to emphasis that one should not try to rush everything in a short time so as not to be overwhelmed and eventually get discouraged. Accordingly,i will advise that affliates in their first month should not be so keen about becoming Teamleader if they don't have affliates under them yet rather they should intensify effort in sponsoring and learning all they can to have a strong and quality team members.
