How can I convince my downline of the benefits of having a Standing Order without them feeling pressured?

We must not "CONVINCE", we need to educate by example, we tell because I made a SW of 1500VP, for me SFI is a real job. I can suggest you that there is no single answer, it depends, it depends on the consideration that they have of yourself your family.

How do I get my downline to focus on duplication? How do I explain the importance of duplication to them?

Duplication is the core, the essence of our work, it would be called "networkmarketing" if there were no duplication!
How to convey this concept? With the example above all, thou hast duplicated?? Then teach your downline to do the same thing, why duplicate? Because in the end we are independent distributors, who by word of mouth, we make consumption and distribute products and services, and to spread the word is the same as duplication!
