Hi! SFI provides you with the option to find out where the most people are coming from. For that, you use codes. You can find more about that here: https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/KeyCodeTracking
Knowing where your PSA are coming from, you'll be able to concentrate more on that part and increase the number of PSA as well.
How do you explain to new affiliates what VersaPoints are and what they are used for?

Well, first of all, you tell them they are one of the most important things in SFI business. Explain the part where 1500 VP brings them EA status each month which makes them qualified for real earnings, and then continue with benefits of getting more and more VPs. Mention that they have to get 1500 VP every month to keep their EA status, that will probably make them realise how important this is. With more VPs, they can become BTL, GTL etc, which brings a lot of new possibilities and benefits plus it gets easier to increase their income.

How can I convince my downline of the benefits of having a Standing Order without them feeling pressured?

Hello!
I have to say i feel like someone who needs to be convinced more into taking SO. Most people probably don't have enough money to invest, or no money at all. I'm in that kind of situation. So it's not that i don't want to, i just simply can't, not yet. I have a feeling that a lot of people have the same "problem". So, from my perspective, you should explain to your downline all the benefits you get from a SO, give them advice on how to be more included in everything plus remind them on taking part in t-time, daily grand etc., but still present yourself as someone who understands them and their reasons of not taking SO. If there are people who are able to take SO but still haven't, it's probably because they are, in a way, suspicious about it. Just explain to them all about SO like you would like someone to explain it to you.
Don't forget to tell them you are available for any questions they have!
Hope this helped!

Well, by offering tips and advices all the time. Letting them know it's important to converse and exchange informations for the good of both. Also, show them pics of your comission report and your earnings, when they see that they will definitely want to talk to you:) Plus, if an affiliate is really interested in this job, he or she will converse without any "pressure" from you. For those who need a little push up, you step in. Good luck!

Hi!
Let them know that you are serious about this business and that you would like to stay in touch so that they could help you and assist you in any way that is good for the growth of your business here. How often you communicate, depends on how much you understand SFI and marketing businesses your self.
Sponsor is usually more important then co-sponsor, but if you have a sponsor that is not really active and doesn't communicate with you, you can always turn to your co-sponsor for help, it's almost the same as long as you are provided with helpful advices and tips from them.
Communication here is very important, so try to stay in contact as much as you can.
