There is no certain number of times you should communicate with your Sponsor or/and your Co-Sponsor. While you are learning the basics, you will have many more questions than you will have after you have been in business for say a year or longer. Any time you have a question you can't find an answer for, contact your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor. That's the reason they are there.
Personally, I feel it is much more beneficial to an affiliate to attempt to find the answer themselves by searching the information provided by SFI.
Search SFI Basics
if you haven't gone through the LaunchPad, do so, if you have gone through it, go through it again.
Search the SFI Forum for the answer. A lot of great information and tips can be found here.
Use the great new feature located at the top right of the SFI Affiliate Center, the search box.
It seems like finding the answer on your own gives you a feeling of accomplishment and you will retain what you learn better. Just remember your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor are there for you and in the event you are not successful, don't hesitate to contact them. It's your business and you make the decisions on how you operate it.
