Hi - Indeed this is a good question. People will have many PSAs and CSAs as their down line. But most of the PSAs and CSAs will not be in active stage. So as a Sponsor, it is your duty to connect with the PSAs and CSAs and help them to clarify their quires on SFI to build the business.
Best ways that i can suggest are...
1. Motivate the PSAs and CSAs through weekly emails.
2. Use the social networking sites like Facebook, twitter and stay connect with them and help them to clarify the queries.
3. Followup with the emails to get to know each other better so that you can help them in a better way.
4. If you know PSAs or CSAs personally, it is better to discuss face to face or on phone and motivate them.
5. We can also get in touch with the PSAs and CSAs when we find them online in SFI using SFI chat window. Since they are online at that point in time, chat with them at that time helps to get them involved in SFI.
6. Also we can share the phone numbers with few of the PSAs and CSAs and offer help to know about SFI business.
I would recommend to stay connect with all your PSAs and CSAs Every three days / weekly once with the email.
