In my opinion, the bast way, to get them engaged in conversations, is to not to push them! Nobody likes when someone is pushing him too much.
You can follow their actions and interests to find out more about them, and find out what is their biggest struggle at the moment and try to throw them some tips and ideas about it.. But always let them move at their own pace ;)
Hopefully this will help a little!
Good Luck!
How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

I feel more like, you should do, what you think is best at the given moment.
If you have a great sponsor/co-sponsor, then go ahead and communicate as often as you feel like it, but some people may find it annoying, when someone bothers them too much..
I personally find the best way, to learn stuff here, is by my self. Kinda sits in the head better ;)
Hope this helps!

I think that, what you need to do to make yourself the best SFI affiliate possible is to keep thinking positively like this, and don't ever give up on reaching your goals and - who knows, one great day, you might find yourself between one of the best ones! Because I believe that universe will manifest whatever you desire, if you believe it strong enough. Just think about it and imagine yourself being already as a best one and surely you will become one!
Keep it up!
When I am fully self-employed with SFI, and someone asks what I do for a living, what do I tell them?

Just tell them, that you are chillin' home with your family because you've finally found an internet marketing group, that actually works and give them your card or something.
I think, this should work as an short explanation version, and as an advertisement for getting more members.
Tell them to join your team and promise to help to set everything up and support them as they go!
