How does one support a new affiliate from the second month in gaining needed VersaPoints if he/she does not have any funds?

I think that the best tool for supporting an affiliate on the second month is the co-op link. This link enables you to make him a partner in your business and if you are successful he is successful.
You are investing trust and emotional resources by getting someone in co-op. You and your AFF are fighting for the same thing - getting new PSA's can help him and help you.

What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

Personal I follow confidence factor. Trust is one of the components of a successful team. If my team have confidence they will take advantage of it to pursue their own goals. The common goal converts to confidence again and when this happens you can say that you have a team that works in the real sense they should do.

How do you get your affiliates to approach their SFI business realistically, like a real business, and not some get unrealistic rich quick scheme?

That's the key!

If you have the right attitude everyone else will treat you, your SFI business and their SFI business with the same attitude.
Keep in mind that the winning attitude is contagious like a loosing attitude.
If you are talking about SFI with the right attitude, your affiliates will have the same attitude.
This is your business, be proud of your business and of your results, reward your team members results, get them to the spot that they realise

What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?

Every AFF is here for their own business.
A Sponsor is a great advantage. SFI even provides a Co-Sponsor with some of the same capabilities. If no Sponsor, or Co-Sponsor is responsive to an AFF needs (knowledge, strategies, advices) then that AFF has the Forum, the ASK SC sections and the upline.
There is a Sponsor on that Sponsor and so on. That AFF can contact any of the upline members.

You can support people in different ways, including financialy, or if you don't have financial resources to support yourself then this should be only your problem.
Sponsoring, on the other way, is the way to get close to your downline. This cost's you nothing (except time) and your problems should not reflect on that.

I don't see the point. At least not in the begining. If you speak about family members like uncles and cousins, maybe is ok. But if you speak of your own family members, this can be a problem...
Think about the money ... you will want to buy something for your account and something for your son account (or wife). If they are on their own (if you have separated incomes) then this might do. But if your family get's on with cumulated funds ... you will double your expenses.

It's not like you will have to do it every day ...
A convenient method to sponsor financialy your PSA/CSA so that they will not loose some statuses, I find it to be Paypay. In my opinion this is the best way to give a financialy support. You can send them money using paypal accounts, so they can get some products in your behalf (if you want to buy something and you can spare the VP's) or they can buy products that you recommend.

How will anyone find my SFI website when they search on Google?

You have to try Google Tools.
You have to have a great content and original too.
You have to have a sitemap to send to Google on weekly basis.
You have to sent your site link to any other search engines to be indexed, the more the better.
You have to have a SEO strategy on using keywords related to your site.
You have to see what your "competition" does and do that too.


All that .... are maybe too much work and you'll better buy some advertising

Why someone should give up SFI?!
SFI it's not about giving up, it's about staying and if you have that kind of thoughts you should check your Sponsors answers on your questions!

As a SFI member all you can do is get rich! There is no way escaping that if you do what you are advised to do!

If you are questioning about staying, then you are not advised well!

Just look on the products in TripleClicks! Sure you'll find something for a friend or something for a friends

I think this can be a great question.
Maybe if SFI will switch rewarding numbers of signups to numbers of EA2 ... :D maybe... then will be a real challenge.
As long as there are people who sells new sign-ups, and people who buys new sign-ups risking that those sign-ups will move or not ... this idea of quality would remain an IDEA.
