Being a team leader means that you have a certain kind of responsibility to the members of your team, who expected from you, logically, to guide them through this business and to answer all their questions and help them about possible problems.
This further means that you have to have enough knowledge to be really helpful to them to achieve success in this business, and thereby enable you to be successful, because without a successful team, there is no a successful team leader.
So, I think (it doesn't mean I'm right) it's best to become a team leader when you think that you acquired enough knowledge that can be transferred to others (team members) and to apply that knowledge.
Therefore, read and learn, read and learn, read and learn...

Since I am one of those with a tight budget, I think I could give you good advice. After the first two months, when it wasn't difficult to collect enough points, I did this:
- One month I buy 100 TCs ($29) and recive 1200 VPs; the rest of the required points (1500) I accumulate doing daily, weekly and monthly actions.
- Next month I participate in Pricebender auctions with double MRPs value and for every spend TC I earn 10 MRPs (100 TCs x 10 MRPs = 1000 MRPs) wich than I use to buy new TCs (102 MRPs = 1TC). Of course, in recent months I've had some VPs and TCs earned
on Daily Grand and T-Time, and with all of previous 1000 MRPs and doing daily, weekly and monthly actions for this month I collect enough to reach EA2 again.
When you haven't PSAs who want to work, this gimnastic will help I hope.
Best wishes!

On this question there is no correct or wrong answer, because it depends on several factors:
- How much time you are able to spend for the work;
- How much money are you willing to spend;
- How many active PSAs, CSAs and PRMs have and you can engage;
- And it also depends on the activity of your competitors.
In my opinion it would be best to have as many active PRMs, because when they buy a product unless they receive 45% of DC, you get ALL THE VPs that go with the product and thus significantly improve.
Good luck!
