Should we recruit our family members into SFI? Good idea or not?

Of course I support recruiting family members into SFI. I do not think there is
a rule against that.
With family members you could better work together as the chance is
that they are right where you are and you could better monitor and coach them.
Again I would draft them into becoming TripleClicks members.
When they buy products you would benefit greatly from the commissions
and they would get great prices.
Have them become permanent shoppers at SFI.
Hope this is a great idea. I would do just that.
Good luck to you.

How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

Hi, everybody at SFI has an open policy when it comes on to helping each other. Remember that your sponsor upon welcoming you said that you should feel free to contact them whenever you have any queries or questions. So if you have to contact your sponsor everyday feel free to do so. Soon you will have less need to as you read and learn all about the company. They understand that communication is key and therefore will welcome your contact.
All the best.
How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

Hi there,
This is my input. People are people and you can never satisfy everyone. I am sure that you are aware of the duties of being a Team Leader, and no doubt you are fulfilling that. Remember that each month you are required to send a CSA mailer, continue to do just that. At SFI your upline sponsor will have evidence of you working with your team members. Maybe those who give you low ratings are those who expect you to hold their hands and lead them every step of the way. There is no way that you can do that if you want to see your members grow and begin to copy what you have taught them.
After you have done what you are supposed to there comes a time for you to let go of their hand and let them walk on their own just the same way you treat a baby when they are ready to walk. Continue to give support, not everyone will give you low ratings. Maybe those who do now will have a change of heart later and begin to see you for the wonderful leader you are.
Good luck.
