In my experience, You should take things one step at a time.

A good idea to avoid information overload, is to create and use step by step templates(in WORD format), custom made for each affiliate and then work on the quality and readability of your communications. Here's a helpful guideline:

1.Use titles before paragraphs.

As you may have come to understand, communication is KEY in creating a duplication premise, therefore, you need to make your messages as clear and effective as possible. By offering a title before every major paragraph, you guide your prospect through the content of your letter. This gives them a sneak peek of what is you are covering in each section and compels them to keep on reading.

NOTE: TITLES ON CAPS ALWAYS WORK BEST IN TEAM MAILS

2.Use smaller chunks of information.

Your paragraphs should be anywhere from 3-5 lines each with enough space(or indent even) to allow for easy readability. Why?

In today's busy age, it only takes 6 seconds for the viewer to decide whether he goes through your whole message or not. That calls for us to make their experience as smooth as possible, in order to keep them interested in what we communicate in those messages.

If sent through your personal email provider, feel free to use Bold, Italics and Underline in order to emphasize on KEY points. Bullets is also a fine choice when you offer guidelines.
TeamMail is more restricted on that area, but gmail, yahoo and outlook offer a wide array of edit features to make your message as appealing as possible.

3.Keep your Alignment even.

Whether it's paragraphs or signature, you need to keep an even alignment in order to look neat and proffessional.

Let me start by saying that being a Sponsor in SFI is like being a Parent. That means that you should treat every affiliate in your group as if he/she was your child. Guide them in their first steps, Nurture them with help and support as they go along the way and pick them up when they fall down with negativity and confusion. No beginning is easy in this life. It is the Way of the World. The same rule applies to the Internet. Every person is UNIQUE. Therefore, you should treat them with tolerance and love. Learn about their skills and direct their course depending on those skills. Be a mentor, a friend and make yourself available in any way. Explain the Power of Teamwork and focus their actions on that very principle. Even in the simplest and most mundane question, treat them with respect and reward them when they earn it. One day, sooner than you might think, they will reward you in many ways.

Following that, I would like to stress that it is very important to be Clear and Straightforward with them. People are NOT Stupid! They can be a bit confused with everything on the internet and hazy about what they are looking for BUT in no means Stupid. Therefore, No fluff, No misleading and No twisting their arms with selling and upgrading. Let them know from the START that SFI is NOT a get Rich quick scheme and always get your details right to ensure TRUST , HONESTY and CREDIBILITY. Don't be afraid as fear is detectable, be a Leader and do it with PASSION and DRIVE. We are here to guide and allow the benefit of Choice. They have to want it for themselves and explore their options in their own terms. Like SFI Corporate says: “You can bring the horse to the river BUT you cannot force it to drink”. If they don't do that and stay INACTIVE then, you just simply focus on your advertising and the workers BUT allow them weekly communication. (NOT IF THEY QUIT/OPT OUT PERMANENTLY)

Trust me, In My experience, they always come back to you because they know they saw something in SFI when they asked about it and signed up. They ultimately understand that an active UPLine is the only one who can help them achieve their goals. Understand that most of the times they are confused and hesitant with all the scams out there, or doubt themselves due to of lack of skills or language barriers. Our job is to remind them that the ONLY thing they really need in this business is to TAKE ACTION. SFI offers tons of help for the rest of it. It is within our power as Sponsors to reassign other affiliates to them when they earn it ,preferably, from the same country and encourage them to communicate in their own language! We can train them and introduce them to everything they need from the plethora of information within SFI. BUT they have to be SERIOUS and they have to want it badly now and for the long term! There are no EXCUSES!

What I suggest is to employ free tactics in means of advertizing and encourage them to put time to it in order to make up for the funds they are lacking. But don't just prompt them to it. Teach them to do it right! It may also mean that you expose yourself to it and learn in order to revise a recipe that works. There are many free options out there. quite effective too! You just have to decide what works for you then teach to your downline. Encourage them to teach their downline too as it grows. Always give moral support. By no means, don't offer financial support as it only is a temporary fix and creates dependency. Remember:

"Give a man a fish and he will it for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for life"

I would say it is a mutual benefit rather than one sided. That means that your downline is rewarded for their consistent effort within SFI and get to explore the potential of having TCredits. TConnect listings, bidding on Pricebenders auctions, VPs and MRPs, Pick the Price are only a few ways to benefit from them. On the other hand, you benefit from strengthening the relationship with your downline and the fact that they have a tangible incentive to be an ACTIVE group. This is VITAL for your business and ,frankly, for any business. It legitimizes your Role as a Sponsor and eventually creates DUPLICATION for you and their downline, which is KEY to succeed in SFI. Personally, I reward my downline whenever they reach a milestone such as achieving the EA status. You can also place contests in your Leadership page with a desired amount of TCredits as a prize.

From my personal experience, truly interested affiliates are usually the ones that respond in the initial communication via chat or e-mail. These are the people who ask questions and therefore allow you an opening to engage in a productive conversation for both parties. This is a very critical point,thus you got to be friendly,confident and helpful. As you may know, people are naturally suspicious/reluctant at this stage. So you need to show that you care by welcoming, guiding them through and allowing them time to do what they need. The thing is, the more care and passion you show through your work in SFI the more credibility you create within your group. Trust me that is showing. Which means that those inactive ones will start to "move" eventually.Remember:Those who have absolutely no interest don't sign up or opt out in a heartbeat.
