What a fantastic question !
The simple answer is: BE THERE.
Your Team need to know that you are there for them; when they need answers to questions, when they are starting to feel the strain of their second or third month and things get a little harder...they need to know that you are consistent, supportive, available.
They also need to know that they are doing a good job ! That you value them, respect them and that you enjoy being their Sponsor, their Upline....
Teach them, show them what it means to be a Team Spirited Sponsor....by being one yourself! Then allow them to be the same !

How can we get across to our affiliates that investing minor (at least) amounts of money into SFI is smart?

I think that this is a very good question to be asking...I'm not sure exactly how many of our new affiliates realise this but if no-one invested money here at SFI or Triple Clicks, there would be no income !
Yes, it's true that we can 'make it' with little or no investment, but if everyone took that path.....well...no commissions !
At first, I believe it is a good thing to let our new affiliates read and learn more about this business oppurtunity. Help them to build a strong Team. Let them find their way and allow their trust to build, both in you and SFI. So many online oppurtunities come with an immediate price tag....one of the reasons SFI is so special is that your credit card can stay in your wallet when you sign up!
Once an affiliate has made a commitment to their business, by logging in everyday, gaining all available points and trying to build a Team (with their Sponsor's support ofcourse) it is time to gently explain that a small investment can make a huge difference to their business....that retaining EA status every month is important as without it they will not be able to earn commission....that if no one spends then there will be no commission! One idea (and this worked for me...) is to invest in your business once: if you have a small but strong team by the time the next month rolls around you may just have earned enough in commission to re-invest back into your business. Every business, no matter how big or small, conventional or home based, requires both work, commitment and investment to succeed. Add a little time and you will soon see the results!
All the very best to you and every one here in building a successful (and profitable) business !

How can I get my affiliates active with TripleClicks?

Hello Justin, what a great question!
The simple, fastest and easiest way is to pass on TCredits. If you are in a position to be able to give some to your Downline, it is a fantastic way of allowing them to partake in an auction, compete in Pick the Price, add a listing to their TConnect Page.....it is more about getting your affiliates to the Site in the first place, because if they have a purpose for being there they will probably (and hopefully) wish to become more involved...
Another way, if you yourself are financially able, is to pass on a small Gift Certificate (say $5) as an incentive to your affiliates. Not all at once as this can become expensive as your Team grows, but every now and then, surprise them !
With a Gift Certificate an affiliate can purchase any product from TripleClicks and whilst searching they may find other products that are of interest to them....and may choose to purchase or add to their Wishlist!
In short, I believe it is important to get your affiliates to TripleClicks first, then once they are there and realise what a fantastic place it is, they will never leave ! Isn't that how we all feel about our favourite store ?

What's the best TripleClicks product to have for a Standing Order for a financially challenged affiliate?

There are a few products that are perfect but I believe it is the way that you set up a Standing Order that is important.
My first SO would be 125 TCredit pack. This would enable me to bid at auction as well as maintain EA status or higher and I would also receive 1 VP per bid and 5-10 MRP at TripleClicks.
My second move would be to bid and win an IAHBE Membership. Once you have covered the cost of your win (minimal usually) you now have another 3 months (minimum) Standing Order already paid for. If paying for a Standing Order is still affordable, CONTINUE your TCredit pack Standing Order.
Now you have two standing orders per month for the price of one !
Next auction: try for a share in S-Builder Co-Op. If successful you will have the tools to bring in more affiliates to your Team and 3 Standing Orders for the month.
Do you see where this is going? All for an initial investment of $29USD......
Please remember that with Pricebender Auctions you may only win 3 per week, so bid wisely and carefully. There is plenty of advice available on this topic on the Forum, from many successful Affiliates.
I wish you all the best for your business. Let's make August the best month yet !

How do you become a superstar in SFI?

WORK !
That would be my answer. Nothing in life is handed to us, SFI is a business and I believe that working daily to build your business not only develops discipline (which is needed in running a business) but also shows that you are happy to lead by example (which of course will demonstrate to your Team that you are indeed a leader).
By showing both of these traits, discipline and leading by example, I believe that you can, and will become a superstar in SFI.
How do you prepare your affiliates for their second month in the business?

Hello Anna, I believe in making sure that affiliates understand exactly what is required of them by SFI, with regards to VP, regaining qualification etc. They need to have a good working knowledge of the system, good communication with both up and down lines, and most importantly, the heart and courage to keep going. Many are looking for a quick-fix for financial reasons, some are unlucky in that there is not as much support available to them as others.
My best advice for affiliates entering their second month of business : communicate ! Get hold of your sponsor, your upline, and if they are not as available as you would wish, gain your support from A2A or Forum Members. All second month affiliates need support, sometimes they may just need to ask for it.
Good luck to us all in our second month and happy SFI-ing!
