I will answer the last part of your question first. Which is the better business?
Well the only person who can answer that is you. That comes down to what you want out of a business. If for example you wanted unlimited income then a traditional bricks and mortar business would probably not be the way to go. You may have more opportunity to achieve that as an SFI Affiliate.
But both business models require the same principles to achieve success. Both types of business require dedication, self-motivation and discipline to get the job done.
But i believe any online business (including SFI) requires much more discipline and self-motivation than a traditional business. My reason for saying that in a traditional business you trade time for money whereas in an online business like SFI you build the business in your spare time for little or no immediate reward, with the money coming much later. You need discipline to be at your computer to build your online business while seeing little or no results. You need discipline to keep building your business when you encounter roadblocks and you wonder why you are doing it.
With an online business such as SFI you are only accountable to yourself. You start and finish when you like whereas with a traditional business it usually has a start and finish time and you have to be present during those times or else you do not make money.
Your SFI business can be run from anywhere in the world so long as you have an internet connection and a laptop. It can be run at any time of the day or night. And once you have an active team it never stops working for you ever.
The main difference between an online and traditional business is that a traditional business usually requires premises to trade from, usually require much more capital to get started and you have to carry inventory so you can trade. Plus you have the costs associated with having premises and stock.
In contrast SFI is free to join, training is free and the capital required is minimal to run your business.
But both are legitimate business models and should be treated as such. This is where I feel a lot if SFI Affiliates don’t do as well as they could is because it is not treated as a business but more as a hobby.
I hope that helps.
