This is a very interesting and challenging question.
All I can say is to tell your downline to keep having a good attitude, faith, and believe in his/her self. If others can do it, if I can do it, if he/she can do it and you can do it too.
Motivation I guess is the key word. Plus doing some actions, such as asking some questions, asking for some help, and asking for some knowledge and training if possible. I believe there are lots of good people who are willing to train to someone who is willing to learn.
SFI got some of the information may needed. There are support line, uplines, sponsors, maybe a2a friends, and even some strangers are there and willing to help. It is just depends on the individual to do some actions to find a way to success with SFI.
All the advices and suggestions are useless if someone is not motivated and willing to do some actions. This is just my opinion and hope it help.

What advice would you give to an SFI affiliate who wants to create and maintain their own SFI website?

The advice I could give for those SFI affiliates who want to create and maintain their own SFI website is to "Go For It!". I'm sure before they thought about it, they have some good plans and valuable reasons why they wanted to have it in a first place. Why not supporting their plans? It may do good for them. Life is risky. We all go through all risks in our daily lives. This is almost the same as owning a website. Lots of people succeed and lots of people failed. Who can tell? It is just up to individual how much risk he or she are willing to take. But being a part of SFI that could be a good thing because there are lots of resources and helps to succeed in their business. Why not take a chance? Pretty much saying... follow your guts. Try not to listen to some negative advices. Every individual has an option to choose what to think. Either success or failure, positive or negative, and take actions or just do nothing. It is your own choice. If it is for you, how you are going to know? If it is not for you, and found out...at least you tried. I hope this answer help.

That is an interesting question. I believe every individual's situation is different. It is depends on someone's capability. But the main thing is to manage your status and earning more VersaPoints as much as you can. Do your best. Keep Advertising, Keep learning, Maintain an Executive Affiliate status every month, Be a Team Leader, Triple Clicks, S-Builder Co-Op, Duplication, Have an Standing Order, Distribute Gift Card, Connect with our upline and downline, Becoming an Sponsor, Price Benders, TCredits, MRP, Wave 3, SFI Forum, ECAs, SC, and lots of more options you can do to earn quickly with SFI. Why do some affiliates find success with SFI in just weeks, while for others it takes months or years?

I think one of the reasons why some affilates find success with SFI in just weeeks,or months, or years is depends on someone's motivation. The motivation to answer the question of "why" he/she wanted or needed to be successful with SFI. For example: I wanted to be successul with SFI because I need to gain some knowledges about networking business, or I want to meet new people, or I want to make some money, or I want it because it is my hobby, or I want it because it is my killing time.
For all those highly motivated people, no matter what their circumstances, they will try their best to do whatever it takes to success with SFI. They simply showing up consistently by doing their daily, weekly, monthly tasks and trying to learn more about the business.
Having a good attitude and being committed for a long period of time are keys to success with SFI as well.
Hope these help.
