Pretend for a moment that I am one downline. Is this the sort of reaction you would like me to have to your marketing messages that took countless hours and manpower to create? How can you create a meaningful connection with your team without overwhelming them with too much content?
Once you contact them more than three (3) times in a week without evaluating how they progress and which are their weaknesses to start their own online business. That can appear suspicious. We need to worry about the number of emails that we sent out to ensure that didn't bombard those interested in SFI to the point that they would unsubscribe.
We should to measure how much is too much and how often did our downline want to hear from us. Now, while this is still something we all must be concerned with when it comes to marketing over communication has become even more of an issue.
Technology has made us more efficient with our marketing, but perhaps it's time to consider that maybe it's made us less effective.
We also need to make sure that the messages we are sending are of interest to those we are sending them. As suggestion see the list of email that we can send out:
- Welcome email to congratulate them join SFI Marketing program
- Invite them reading the SFI Basic page to help them start
- Go to their To-Do-List and learn from their daily Launchpad
- Ensure that you tell them to read the FAQs
For further assistance, they will be free to contact you as their Upline. Not by imposition or frustration, but by a wanted progression and grow up success.
