What is the best way to get your PSAs to submit a sponsor rating and comment on how you're doing?
I am answering under the assumption that you have followed all the teachings on how to be a Great Sponser.
I am personally convinced that getting people to submit ratings is not something that anyone can influenced. It is a personal choice and therefore not an instrument that should be used to gaugeor measure to a large degree on how a Leader is performing. Ratings are subjective and can also be emotional. It sometimes reflects how the individual is doing personally with or without a sponsor's support or lack of support.
The answer therefore is do what is required of you as a sponsor and your success and your team's success will be definately speak for you.
