Recruiting PSAs or ECAs--which will generate the quickest income?

In my opinion recruiting PSAs will generate slower but greater income, and ECAs can generate quickest income, but only if they are selling a lot of product. It will be the best to combine these two but my vote goes to RECRUITING PSAs.
For example if you recruit 3 PSAs and learn them, help them, give them some advices about how to create an add, where to advertise, what to do when they get new PSA... Show them how to become EA2 and you get 100VP every month for each of them... And also when your PSA buy something on Triplecliks you get 45% on the CV. Your PSAs often become your ECAs (offcourse if they have products or services to sale)
If you recruit 3 ECAs ( commercial sellers) who already are selling online that will bring you 10% on the CV on all of their sales at TripleClicks and you will earn an immediate 100VP (only once) for each of them when your ECA lists their first product.

How can you advise and help new PSAs when you are new to SFI and just getting started yourself?

After the new PSAs signs up I send him/her a welcome mail. In that mail, I tell them what to do in first 24 hours (collect 500VPs, so they get 200Vps and fast track badge) and tell them to add me as friend on Facebook, because it is easier to communicate and help them. When they do that, I advice them to read slowly Lounchpads and training lessons, do the rest of their getting started actions and necessarily tell them that this is not an overnight job. They have to log in every day in SFI and do their daily/weekly jobs. I answer on their questions, add them in groups on FB about SFI, so they can learn a lot from them too.
Then, I explain them that they have to build a team, how to advertise this business , how to promote and sell products from TripleClicks online shops, so they can generate more income.
They have to read, read, read a lot.
I do the same! Every day I learn something new, so I can share that with my new PSAs and help them.

How do I get my downline to focus on duplication? How do I explain the importance of duplication to them?

As one of my upline says...Lead by example! He was so much right...
Be sure that your downline members see what you are doing, you are their sponsor, mentor... they are looking at you!
Tell them to read SFI Compensation Plan few times, because they will learn that only if they duplicate themselves they will become team leaders and their income will grow every month...
Off course, help them, give them some advices about how to create an add, where to advertise, what to do when they get new PSA... Show them how to become EA, EA2, BTL.... As a BTL they will receive matching VP on all EA2s in their downline within 6 levels. Is this not a good reason for focusing on duplication? Yes this is, believe me!
I always tell my PSAs that success and earnings in this business is to build a strong team!
