How much information do you send your CSA's, or do you let their sponsor take care of them so they are not overwhelmed?

Your CSA's are as an important part of your business as PSA's. Your CSA's contribute to your earnings and success therefore are ENTITLED to your support.
Additionally you do not know what support your CSA's are or are not receiving from their Sponsor. Never make assumptions they are receiving what they need from their primary sources. And as their assigned Co-Sponsor YOU are one of their primary sources.
In regards to communication with CSA's i take a 3 step approach:
1. Include CSA's with your weekly newsletters, they can benefit from information about the rest of your team also.
2. Once a week i send out a newsletter specifically targeted for CSA's only. This is sent out a few days after the Group newsletter, and i sign as Co-Sponsor.
3. Interact with every CSA you receive communication from, they may be seeking help they are not receiving from other sources and if they acheive results it is helping build YOUR business.
In regards to newsletters, keep them short. Target in each newsletter just one piece of information about a tool or action that helps build results. You are better to send out multiple newsletters containing just one key point than fewer newsletters containing multiple points. Too many pieces of information in one communication will mean not all pieces of information will receive the same degree of attention.
Providing you only send out communications containing helpful information that can assist someone to acheive their goals then you can not overwhelm someone.
And my key point is that CSA's are entitled to your support just as much as your PSA's.

Why don't more people work towards advancing in SFI?

If you are referring to sign-up's that subsequently achieve no or very little VP or never sign in again after the joining date, i believe there are two main reasons:
1. To have a more involved look at how SFI works someone must sign up, obviously there will be a number of people who after having looked will decide it is not for them;
2. Some people will give up when they realize they actually do have to do something in order to earn money from SFI.
I wouldn't be concerned by your 'inactives', just keep them in the loop with your newsletters etc and be more concerned with supporting your PSA's and CSA's who are actually doing something. Sponsoring is a bit of a numbers game and its the luck of the draw as to how many 'good' affiliates enter your downline.

What is the best way to get your PSAs to submit a sponsor rating and comment on how you're doing?

The easy answer is to remind your 'eligible' team members that they can do this each month and earn 10 VP. I simply remind my 'eligible' team members and identify that the ratings and comments assist me in determining how well i am doing as their team leader and if there is anything i could be doing better. I said 'eligible' as only those who have been with SFI for two months or more can perform a sponsor rating.

If you are promoting to people you know then the easiest way to entice them to TripleClicks and make purchases is to promote a TripleClicks product that you know will interest that person.
You will find this method far more effective than simply trying to encourage them to visit TripleClicks.
A store has many products however often it is a specific product the customer is interested in that gets them in to the store.

To sell product you need to sell your site. Three simple effect points:
1. List products on your site with clear descriptions and images also promote the product considerably more.
2. Use every ECA promotional tool available in TripleClicks.
3. Increase the number of people viewing your site by listing your ECA site with traffic exchanges. There are a number of great traffic exchanges for free, they refer people to your site.

The best way to approach anyone regarding SFI, especially family and friends, is to show them what you have gained from it.
Work your SFI business until you start generating income, then you can show what you get not just how you get it.
People will always have more of an open mind if you can show them real results.
You can help yourself acheive results by promoting TripleClicks to family and friends, all purchases by your referrals generate commission for you.
What is the best one-liner or sentence you can use in a general advertisement about SFI?

To attract affiliates that are going to achieve and add value to your business you need to use something that targets those who have motvation to earn income. Target people who don't just want additional income but are also motivated enough to take action in achieving it.
The initial one liner i use is:
Don't just think about needing that extra income, take action and receive real CASH in just minutes a day, build your own international business with all the tools and support you need for FREE.
