The To Do List is list of suggestions and guidelines towards a low standard. You should push yourself further in these and/or other actions. You should not be using it as a guideline for success. You do not have to everything on it such as the auctions, or games.
What you should do is heavily advertise and focus on building your team, and sharing your knowledge with your team members so they can do the same. SFI many resources and suggestions for advertising review the Marketing Methods and Aids tabs and use the information. There are also plenty of other advertising sources available both free and paid.
You should also think outside the box and be creative with advertising and other SFI endeavors. I invest around 15 to 20 hours weekly and I still see room for improvement. If I am am not working with one of my team members or doing one of the tasks I am visiting the forum or advertising.
Are you advertising most or all of your gateways? Have you considered becoming an ECA or maybe just selling some of your unwanted items on Tripleclicks?

What is the best use for the MRP I earn?

The best use would be reinvestment in your business. One hundred twenty six MRPs can be used for buying one T-Credit and earning one hundred two sales points. This can be useful if you are deficient in sales points toward the end of the month. You should review the sales and action point constraints towards your intended rank before you purchase for this reason. If this is not necessary than keep earning and saving the MRPs until you have enough to buy something useful for your business such as advertising or Tripleclicks products. You should also give extra consideration to Double MRP Auctions if you bid on Price Benders Auctions.

I want to advertise and sell TripleClicks products...but which ones should I choose to promote?

Hello,
That depends on how and where you intend to promote. I would recommend promoting First I would recommend promoting Tripleclicks products and services you have used to your family friends, and acquaintances. If you have purchased and used the products and services you are certainly qualified to share your knowledge in your promotions.
If you have a website or blog you can consider promoting products and services from Tripleclicks and ECAs that match your niche. One thing to watch out for is the ECA's reputation for Customer Satisfaction. Check there feedback before promoting!
If you like what you see the promote it. The Tripleclicks banner creator can be found at http://www.tripleclicks.com/myaccount/banner.php It is very easy to use and will produce an informative banner for your blog or website.

What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?

Continue on your own and with help from your co-sponsor. You can also join A2A and find others willing to help you. You should also give your Sponsor a chance to correct the situation. Introduce yourself, indicate if it is the second or third time you tried to contact. If there still is no response then an appropriate rating and comment are in order. You should not let a non-responsive sponsor hinder you.
What is the best way to set up SEO (search engine optimization) on my website, to promote SFI and TripleClicks?

You should have your site properly optimized for your niche. This includes consistent advertising, backlinks from social media, relevant backlinks, and relevant outgoing links. There are plenty of SEO resources available however being current is a must. If you are not sure about SEO, then have it professionally done.
As for advertising SFI and/or Tripleclicks the contents should be related and appropriately placed on the sides, top, or bottom and assure that it does not interfere with the viewing of your content. The viewers most likely did not visit the site for the advertising, so the trick is to arouse their interest.
If you are aware of the age, gender, and social status of the majority of your viewers you could be more liberal with the range of products/services advertising as you may be providing information/advertising of interest to them. You should ask yourself would some of the these people be interested in this? Will it only take up space? Will it annoy the viewers and cause them to leave the site. Consider the answers and advertise appropriately.
Here are some niche related advertising examples.
Financial, SFI Affiliate Gateways and Tripleclicks Gold and Silver products.
Game related sites, Tripleclicks game related products. The Tripleclicks banner creator can be found at http://www.tripleclicks.com/myaccount/banner.php
Travel related sites, Tripleclicks travel products, and products related to the destination.
Best Regards

Is cold calling, using a local telephone directory, a good method for attracting new PSAs?

Absolutely not you will be wasting your time and money and annoying call receivers. I do not pay attention to telemarketers. Whatever it is I don't want it! I also tell them not to call again. I am certain the vast majority of persons have a similar attitude towards them. In short they are nuisances. There are much better methods to attract PSAs. See the Marketing Methods and Marketing Aids pages for suggestions and expand it to other sources. PSAs should be attracted by your ads or your in person presentations after they express interest. You could also buy some from the many source on TripleClicks.
To your Success!

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?
Jeffrey Boon, Aff (California, US)

You should be inform them what the position of Team Leader entails in regards to responsibilities, benefits, and retention requirements. This includes how much are the willing to consistently spend to obtain the sufficient Sales VPs until they can produce sufficient Action VPs to maintain the position. As a Team Leader they will be awarded CSAs monthly which may or may not be an adequate reward for their ambition after several months. If you discourage your PSAs they may take that as a lack of confidence in them or favoritism from SFI. If you push them too hard before they are ready that may set them up for disappointment or appear as you only having your interests in mind. Your PSAs should make that decision based on your well-presented information and according to their assessment of their abilities and constraints.

Should my ads link to my own webpage/blog...or to an SFI Gateway? Which is the best approach and why?
Jeffrey Boon, Aff (California, US)

Affiliate since: 04/01/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
That depends on what type of advertising source is utilized and who the potential audience is. Most traffic exchanges have excessively high numbers of SFI and TripleClicks gateways. Many viewers will be annoyed by the repetitions and/or assume these sites are scams This results in a high competition rate for the probable low click rate. You may experience similar problems if using your banners on sites with excessive banner advertising. Why would you want to to do this when there are better alternatives available? In such cases you should seek viewers for your webpage or blog and post a relevant SFI or TripleClicks ad there. You can gain repeat viewers to your webpage or blog and possible hits to your gateways this way.
For other forms of online advertising the direct linking ads such as those found in the marketing aids tab are better as they can obtain the viewers attention and create a call for action. They are also short, informative, and can be economical advertising depending on the source and placement.

Which is more effective--paid or free advertising--and why?
Jeffrey Boon, Aff (California, US)
10/21/2013 2:18 pm
Affiliate since: 04/01/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
The answer to your question will vary according to your expectations and efforts. For paid I recommend the S-Builder. A poorly written and/or placed ad campaign is a waste of money. Some internet advertising providers will not accept SFI ads so looking for the right provider and appropriate placement can be time consuming.
For free or low-cost you could write about SFI or put your SFI and TripleClicks ads in appropriate targeted blogs, websites, and articles. If you maintain sites or blogs of your own, you can control the content and placements. These can be highly targeted and offer good prospects but it requires research, time and effort. Talking to friends, colleagues and co-workers can produce leads it is free. However good communication and presentation skills are advisable.
So back to your question "Which is more effective--paid or free advertising--and why?"
Ask yourself: "What are you willing to sacrifice and personally do to achieve results?"
Best Regards

How do you handle prospects and affiliates who expect to get rich fast?
Jeffrey Boon, Aff (California, US)

Be honest and informative. You should let them know in a welcome letter and/or your conversations that SFI is not a get rich quick solution. You should clearly state that effort, time, and in most cases a business investment are required. By setting realistic expectations according to how much time, effort, and money someone is willing to put into their business, you will most likely avoid having disappointed affiliates, wasting your and your affiliate's time, and you will build and retain a good reputation. After you make this clear if they decide SFI is not for them, then consider it as time saved and mistakes avoided.
