SFI provides us with the best ways to offer financial help to our affiliates. You can buy them a gift certificate or transfer to them some Tcredits using your genealogy interface.
However, the best way to support a hard-working PSA/CSA who is truly financially challenged is not just by giving them money.
The real need of many are:
1) more guidance to succeed rather than offer financial assistance. Money is not the most important think to succeed here. Though it is required.
2) the right knowledge. You might work hard, but fail for lack of appropriate knowledge.
3) motivation to apply acquired knowledge. Knowledge is useless until applied.
4) proofs that this business is real and that they can succeed too.
Thanks.

How does one support a new affiliate from the second month in gaining needed VersaPoints if he/she does not have any funds?

To gain needed VersaPoints from second month, affiliates need the followings from their sponsors:
1) right counsel and guidance based on the individual affiliate need. Find out from their VersaPoint ledger and also ask them questions.
2) motivation to consistent action on their business daily
3) encouraging them to log in daily to their home page to complete their to-do-list
4) impress it on them to make at least some financial investment in purchasing especially some 1-Tcredits as needed to complete the needed 1500 VersaPoints for each month. With as little as 18.90 dollars they can buy 10x1Tcredits which gives them 1020 Versapoints.
Thanks.

What is the best way of encouraging affiliates who have become dormant to become active again?

Really to help inactive affiliate become active is a big task that no one has really found solution to.
However, the best thing we can do is that we should never give up on them, but communicate with them at least once a week using SFI team mailer and their email addresses provided.
We can also organize competition with attractive reward that we can afford, to keep them working to win. Such competition should be communicated to them in the weekly mails in addition to putting the offer on our leadership page.
We can also encourage them to read and participate in forum posts which will answer many of their unasked questions that had held them back.
