First of all, you need to be a leader, a leader in the sense that you make your affiliates your priority, checking up on them regularly, encouraging them and supporting them as well.
Also be an example to emulate, every follower wants to be like his/her leader. That's where the role model thing comes in, be a success and it will rub off your affiliates. There they will know they are not on their own and always want to engage regularly in conversations with you.

Well to tell you the truth, i gave up once, that was because i didn't know what SFI was really about and thank God for my Sponsor. What i will say is, first your personal goals, then your commitment to goals. You also need to get PSAs, and always get in-touch with your sponsors for clarity of things you are finding difficulties understanding.

How would it benefit me to transfer TCredits to my PSAs or CSAs?

I believe transfering TCredit to PSAs or CSAs only motivates them to do more, especially the newbies(new affiliates), because as a beginner it's a bit hectic to gain points without guidance and encouragement. You giving your PSAs or CSAs TCredit only show them that you've got their backs, and trust me, in the long term, you will see the benefit. My upliner infact has been helpful to me on that and am doing same to my PSAs
